Chapter 9. A kiss and danger.

(Rhi's POV)

I woke up with something around my waist. What happen....

(Realization in 3, 2, 1)

Well at least it's isn't the OTHER thing i thought. I'll just go back to sleep. It's like 6 in the morning. But i can't help but like Angel. I glance over and see him asleep. He looks cute. Especially with his hair in a mess. I giggle quietly  and smile. Then i just go back to sleep.

(Angel's POV)

I wake up and see Rhi.... Better not wake her. I get out of bed without wakening her. I was about to leave unitl a thought hit me.

Kiss her.....

I blush instantly. I look over at Rhi. She's asleep. She wouldn't know and it will mean nothing. I mean she can't have feelings for me right? How much can it hurt? It will hurt me. What if she has someone else and i just tell her what i did. It won't just ruin my chance with her but also our friendship. But....UGH! I'll just do it.

I walk over and kneel down. I look at her. I chuckle. "Cute" i said quietly. I lean in and our lips meet. I felt a spark. I back away after a few seconds. I smile and leave. I then frown. "We'll never be together". I know that.

(Rhi's POV)

I was awake but Angel awoke as well. I just kept my eyes close. I heard him walk over. I hear him chuckle and say "cute". I then felt lips on mine. H-He's kissing me!? He is actually kissing me!? Then he stop. I hear him leave then i open my eyes. 

He kiss me. A girl who he help so much. I go to the door and hear him say "We'll never be together". Then my heart sank. "We can though" i said quietly. I got dress and went outside to see Aaron. To help me find my parents.

(Angel's POV)

Rhi left. I didn't want to go. It would be awkward for me.  I thought about the kiss. Why did i do it? What if she finds out? Why did you do it even if you know it would break your heart? Can i just have peace in my mind.

I hear screaming. I never have peace. I hear a guard run in. "What is it now?" i said. "It's the girls village.....They have come!" My eyes widen. I grab my sword and we ran to the gates. I see Aaron with his demonic sword and Rhi with her emerald blades. 

I see guards with Josh. Ugh right now if there was no one i would kill him. "What do you want Josh!?" Rhi said with anger in her. "I want my bride!" he said. "Oh the bride that you would cheat on and throw back to her family because she was fun to torture!?" 

His eyes widen. "I found out that on my own Josh. By the way don't share some secret stuff while making out with a girl in a gross way!" she said. Josh look at me with anger. "Why did you take her!?" he said with more anger in him. "Because he cared for me!" Rhi said. I look at him and said "Because she deserved a better life then you would or even did ever gave her". 

He then smirk. "Fine then." He said he walk away then i heard him say. "Let's see how much you love HIM!" An arrow came my way. I was ready for impact. I felt none. I open my eyes and see Rhi infront of me with an arrow in her chest...... no....

"Heh" Josh said. "I guess i don't have to answer that now."He said while running away. Rhi fell and i cought her. "RHI!" I yelled. She closed her eyes while i held her in my arms. "No Rhi please! Don't!" i said while trying to fight back tears. No she can't die.

"ANGEL! ANGEL WE HAVE TO GET HER TO A DOCTOR STAT! ANGEL!" Aaron yelled. I look at him and i ran quickly. i hear Aaron run behind me. I rush through the door in Elizabeth's house. When I rush in i see Elizabeth standing there."Aaron what is...Angel?!" she said. "Elizabeth please help her!" i said with tears in my eyes.
