A very tired Camila walked into her shared apartment with her longtime girlfriend, Dinah. She was exhausted, but she couldn't wait to see her son. It had been a long day of recording vocals, and Dinah didn't have to come in. That meant that she was stuck babysitting Omar.

Of course, being the family girl that she is, Dinah loved being with Omar. That kid was her pride and joy. He made Dinah happy in ways that no one else on the planet could, and if she had to choose between her dream and her son, Omar would win in a nanosecond.

Omar was now three and a half and the most loving kid in the world. He loved to smile and laugh, just like his mama, and he was constantly giving kisses and hugs to his family. Besides the hair texture, the nose, and the lips, he was the spitting image of Camila. His chocolate brown eyes shined brightly and his smile could light up a room. He was one beautiful kid.

Camila set her keys and purse on the counter. "I'm home!" She called out into the medium sized apartment. Instantly, she heard tiny footsteps running toward the door, and she crouched down to catch the little body that would be flying into her waiting arms.

"Mommy!" Omar cheered as she flung himself into his mother's arms. Camila squeezed the boy tightly and kissed all over his face.

"Hi baby! I missed you!" Camila squeezed the boy tighter. She really had missed him. She looked up from the hug to see Dinah watching with a big smile. When the hug was broken, she stood up and walked forward two steps into Dinah's waiting arms.

Dinah wrapped her arms around Camila's waist and Camila wrapped her arms around Dinah's neck, embracing each other intimately. The hug was tight and loving, physically showing both women how much they missed each other.

"I missed you too." Camila whispered into the kiss. Sure, she had only been gone for 13 hours, but she wasn't used to being away from her family. She and Dinah being in the same group and traveling together meant that they weren't typically away from each other for more than a few hours.

"I missed you more. We both missed you." Dinah pulled away a little to look into Camila's eyes. "All Omar kept asking was when you were coming home." Dinah said softly.

"I'm home now." Camila reminded her girlfriend. The two shared a brief kiss before pulling away. Camila stepped out of Dinah's arms, not wanting to get too caught up. She could save that for when Omar was asleep.

"What did you two eat for dinner?" Camila looked to the clock and saw that it was nearly 8.

"Mama made some fredo." Omar answered.

"Really? Was it good?" Camila asked her son. The little boy nodded frantically and rubbed his tummy.

"You hungry, babe? I can warm some up for you." Dinah offered.

Camila shook her head. "No thank you. Drake ordered some Chinese food at the studio." Camila reached out and stroked Dinah's face lovingly. She really loved her.

"Omar, I think it's bath time." Camila reminded.

Omar broke out into a pout. "But mommy, you just got home."

Camila's heart broke at the sound of her little boy's whine. "I know, Mar, but tomorrow we can spend time together."

"But I want to spend time with you now."

Camila leaned down and picked the small boy up. "How about this? If you take a bath and put on some pjs. Mama and I will watch Cars with you until you fall asleep. Deal?"

"Deal!" Camila placed the boy back on his feet and watched him as he ran to his room to pick out some pjs.

Dinah looked at her girlfriend with a knowing look. "You know he's going to fall asleep ten minutes into the movie. You and I both know that the boy can't stay awake past 8:30."
