Chapter One:Sudden Motion

"I felt a light tug on my arm,I tried to ignore it" come on Astrid,time to get up"I herd my younger brother Tyler say"F off"I mumbled,he crossed his arms in frustration"moms making Bacon"he said with a smirk,I got up quickly,he laughed at me and went downstairs,I went to my closet and grabbed a black T-shirt and blue jeans and walked into the bathroom and and changed"

"I looked into the mirror and brushed my long brown wavy hair,and sat my brush down on the counter and walked downstairs,i walked into the kitchen and sat down at the table" morning"I herd my mother say as she handed me a plate"morning"I chirped and took a bite"

You ready to go to school"asked my mother,I rolled my eyes"just two more weeks and then I'm done"I said with a sigh of relief"what do you plan doing when you get out"asked my brother who sat down in front of me"well I...I really don't know"I said,I began to think a little"

How about we start with collage"asked my mother taking my empty plate and putting it in the sink"that's....not half bad"I chirped and smiled"

"I grabbed my bag" I'll think about it"I said smiling and as i walked out the door"

"My School isn't far from my house so I usually just walk"

"When I got to school,lunch had started,I went to the lunch room and sat at the table I usually sit at,I was soon greeted by my best friend Garroth,he has bright blonde hair and green eyes ,he wore blue jeans and a white T-shirt with a light blue and white plaid jacket shirt over it" sup"I chirped ,he sat down in front of me"hi"he chirped smiling softly at me"

Hungry?"I asked pulling out a bag of chips from my bag"nah,I brought an apple"he said holding his apple up in the air like it was treasure,I chuckled and opened the bag of chips"

So what's up"I said shoving a chip in my mouth"nothing much,you?"he asked me before taking a bite from his apple"just trying to figure out what to do with life"
we both laughed after I said that"well,what have you got so far"he asked resting his head on his hand"well,my mother suggested collage,that's about it but to be honest since I was little I wanted to do what my dad does but I don't know if that's what I really want"I explained before shoving a chip in my mouth"sounds...complicated "he said raising his eyebrow" it is..."I said with sigh,the bell rang,I crumbled up my bag of chips and tossed it in the trash"anyways,I will see you later"I chirped before heading to class"

"I sat down in class,I put my books aside and looked at the front of the room,the teacher wasn't there,I guess the bell was a little early,I yawned and laid my head on my desk,before I knew it I fell asleep"

Wake up Mrs Astrid"I herd my teacher say,I open my eyes and lifted my head slowly,my vision was barley focused"I don't want to see you sleeping in my class"the teacher exclaimed,I nod slowly,next thing I knew everyone was laughing at me,I was a little embarrassed "

"The bell rang and I got up and put my books in my bag and left the class room,I walked outside and yawned still a little tired,I began to walk home"

"As I approached my house to see a black truck,I stopped seeing the truck and tilted my head,I brushed it off and went inside" hey mom,who-"before I could finish my sentence I felt someone grab me from behind"

"I turned my head quickly to see who grabbed me,I saw a familiar face,he had short light brown hair,he was smiling at me" dad..?"I said and smiled and hugged him tightly"how's my girl doing"he asked"good...I guess?"I said and shrugged pulling away"

"We both sat down on the couch"so how have you been" I asked smiling"I have been good,well...I just need to let you know in thee mornings I will not be here,I'm currently working in a program called the Nest,I would tell you more but now I'm not allowed to give out the details,but will be back everyday around two in the afternoon so no need to worry"he assured me"hmm fine as long as your safe"I said and smiled"

Dinner!"I herd my mother say,I jumped up and ran into the kitchen and sat at the table, my mother sat a plate down in front of me,with chicken and French fries,I shoved a Fri in my mouth,my father walked in and sat down"wow your fast when comes to food "he said with smirk"and you learn this now?"I said shoving another Fri in my mouth"

"After I finished I got up and put my plate it the sink,I yawned" I think I'm gonna go to bed"I said and rubbed my eye and began to walk upstairs"love you"I said in a meek voice and closed my bedroom door behind me,I laid down on my bed and closed my eyes,I fell asleep soon after closing my eyes"
