I knocked on Nicki's door and surprisingly I didn't see Matthew. The door swung open and Nicki was standing there with bags under her eyes . Like she just got done crying.
" what's wrong ?" I said walking inside.
I closed the door and she shook her head.
" nothing , I'm fine " she said smiling weakly.
" nah , your not. You can tell me " I said
" Matthew stole my money " she said crying " he put a gun to my head and he stole my money "
" aww damn , I'm sorry " I said sighing " is that all he did ?"
She nodded & started crying and she hugged me tightly. I just patted her back.
" it's going to be okay "
" it's not , I'm poor " she said crying.
" your not poor Nicki " I said shaking my head " you have no idea what's that like "
She wiped her face.
" how much money did he take from you?"
"50" she said
" just fifty dollars ?" I said
" no...thousand " she said sniffing
" damn fifty thousand?" I said " why the hell do you even have fifty thousand in the house anyway ?"
" I don't know " she said stomping her foot.
I shook my head and grabbed my phone.
" yo boul , it's like 9 a.m , what the fuck your want ?" Omelly said
" we got a problem " I said
" what happened ?"
" somebody stole money from Nicki...50,000" I said
" 50,000!!!??" He said " damn she be getting bread "
" that's beyond the point , we just gotta get her money back"

" I do " I said " now what we going to do?"

" Ard , I'm Finna send him your address " I said hanging up the phone. " do you mind?"

Nicki looked at me like a lost puppy.
" get dressed and we going to find him " I said putting my phone in my pocket.
I sent a message to Omelly telling him that I was gonna go searching on my own. I looked up to see Nicki dressed. She had heels on as always.

I walked outside with Rahmeek and he got into some expensive car , like a car that I would ride around in. I got inside.
" I never knew you had a car " I said
" got it today " he said
We drove around town looking for Matthew and there was no sign of him. I was starting to lose hope , it was completely pitch black outside.
" Rahmeek , we aren't going to find him " I said rolling my eyes.
" I'm starting to think that too " he said " he probably flew across the map with yo bread "
" bread ? Do you mean money " I said
" yes Nicki money " he said laughing
" what's so funny , why you laughing ?"
" cus your so clueless " he said laughing " they both mean the same thing"
" your a jerk " I said laughing with him.
Meek looked down at his tank.
" running out of gas " he said pulling out of the parking space.
" Rahmeek , it would be lovely if you didn't whip the corners like a maniac " I said.

Mathew was walking out to a jewelry store and Rahmeek parked the Car.
" stay in the car "

" stay in the car !" He said pulling something from off his waist

He hopped out of the car and I watched him run down the street. He pointed the gun up against Matthew and ran through Matthew pockets and took his jewelry. He smacked Matthew with his Gun and ran back over to the car. He threw the money at me and pulled off. Rahmeek speeded through some blocks . I stared at my money
" I'm rich again " I said kissing it
Rahmeek glanced over at me and he drove towards my apartment. I threw my money in my purse and we ran inside my apartment. I immediately locked the door.
" what a rush !" I said laughing " that was exciting , scary but exciting "
Rahmeek just stood there.
" thank you so much " I said
" your welcome it-
" no really , thank you. This really means a lot to me " I said smiling "no one ever did something like that to me before and ....aww"
I ran toward him and hugged him , he patted my back and pulled away .
" your welcome " he said .
I smiled ,
" it's getting late and -
" Rahmeek , why did you have a gun ?" I said
" it ain't important " he said
" it is to me " I said
" it's for protection , you need it out here in these streets. " he said " I always keep it with me ,just in case "
" just in case what ?"
" just in case somebody tries me " he said
I just stared at him , I didn't know what to say.
" well I'm gone go cus it's getting late " Rahmeek said
He walked towards the door .
" wait Rahmeek " I said
I grabbed the jewelry and ran toward him. I slid chains on his neck.
" for your troubles " I said pecking his cheek.
" Nicki you don't have to-
" but I want to..." I said smiling " see you at school tomorrow "
"We didn't even finish our project " He said " get ready for that F partner "
" I will " I said smiling
He walked out and I locked the door.
