'Tap' tap' tap'
I was sitting in a very uncomfortable hospital chair waiting for my dad. Claire was sitting in front of me playing with some toys that the nurse gave her to keep her mind busy. I was decided how to tell her.
" um Claire?"
" yes, sissy?"
" someone is coming to pick us up..."
" who? Are we gonna stay together?" She asked.
" of course! We would never be split up."
" then...who?"
" my...dad."
" but daddy...he went to heaven.."
" more like hell." I muttered. Louder I said. " no..my daddy and your daddy are different people. Our mommy's are the same, but my daddy wasn't with mommy when I was born. Then she married your daddy. And you were born."
" so..we aren't sissy?!"
" no! We are! Just half-sisters"
" oh. So we are gonna live with your daddy?"
" yes he is gonna take good care of us...and we are gonna have a brother and a sister."
" really?"
" yep!"
" when are they coming?"
" soon.."
" im excited."
" me too."
" me too!" A new voice agreed. I looked up to see a man smiling at me with a boy about my age.
" d-daddy?" I asked.
" yes, Annie, yes." He answered. I jumped up and wrapped my arms around his neck. He joined the hug by taking me in his arms, wrapping them around my waist. I felt tears slip down my cheeks and when I looked at my dad's face he had tears as well.
" I'm so sorry for letting you go..." He apologized.
" I know." I said quietly.
" well!! This is your brother Liam."
" h- oh my gosh!" I exclaimed. Right there was Liam Payne. My...brother.
" oh..you're a fan?" He sounded disapointted. Like I was gonna start fan girling or something.
" yes..but I'm not crazy. I promised. The only reason I reacted like that is because...well my long lost brother is a pop-star.."
" oh..cool" this time he sounded better. I smiled and he returned the gesture.
" wait...one of your band mates is Niall, right?"
" uh yeah..."
" I'm Annie....from the hotel?"
" oh my gosh!" This time he was the one exclaiming. " Niall will be so happy to see you again..!"
" yeah. I'm excited!"
" okay well let's get you girls home and then we figure it out."
" wait..there's someone I want you to meet." I said and turned to see Claire standing there smiling. " this is Claire....my half sister." I introduced her and Liam gladly hugged her. Then my dad. I took her hand and we walked out of the hospital...heading towards a new life.
