Ruman's P.O.V:

29th! So Mr. Ruman Khan, ready to get married? Wow! Now I started teasing my self too. Heads off too me!
I smiled while looking in the mirror. I was getting ready to leave for my office as the workers were experiencing trouble handling some new machines.
I wore a formal white shirt, grey tie and my black coat over it.

"Wow! You are already ready for the Marriage ceremony! But I think I told you to wear your sherwani?" My mom scared me with her words. She knew I wore it for going to office not for the marriage still she taunted which made me shiver.

"Mom, there is some problem with the new machinery, I promise I'll be back in time." I said hugging her but she stood there still. Her eyes filled with fake tears just to stop me.
"So now, your work comes before me? Ruman I planned a lot for today and... and..." and she burst out crying making me feel hell bad for her tears.
"Mom! Okay, Okay I'm not going anywhere! Now happy?" I asked her.
She jumped to her feet, hugged me tihght and said "I knew you can't resist my tears." She is such a drama queen. So now I'm packed in here for the rest of the day too? I wish to cry like a baby but I can't.

I went downstairs and saw my friends decorating the hall. The entrance was given to my cousins and of course Ahaan was following Aksa every where she goes, as he was holding the curtains that she was placing here and there.

"I must say she is really a workaholic, I mean she is up since 5am and working like a machine. And the way she guided us all, your sister is amazing brother!" Rishub my best friend who had a continuous glare at my sister spoke to me.
"Indeed she is!" I replied proudly.

"She has got a unique name!" He said.

"I know, it was like she was unnamed for 3-4 months after she was born and then..." I paused for a moment and continued
"...she kept her name."

"Your sister kept her own name at the age of 3 months?" He started to laugh.

"Not Aksa, the girl who named her! I wish she could attend my marriage but..." I sighed.

"Hey relax, don't ruin your day cause of her, she wasn't worth to get the chance to attend your wedding." He said and I gave him a killer look.

"Don't dare say anything against her! It wasn't her fault, it's just destiny." I sighed.

I went back to my room and locked myself. I remember the day when I asked her for a baby girl name and she replied Aksa. I loved the name at once. She liked Aksa a lot. Though she was just 6 but she was really good at babysitting. She was 2 years younger than me but the best girl I ever met.

"I wish you were here!" I said that loud. Eyes filled with water on just one thought of her. Years back it was hard to imagine a day without you and today it's like being...
A knock on door brought me back from my memory train.

"Bhai! Mom is calling you down." Ahaan shouted and left without even bothering to get a reply from me, Might be too busy handling our babysitter alone.

Madeeha's P.O.V:

I was sitting in my room since morning and it's already half the day gone. I was on my bed hugging my favorite pillow. Everyone was busy with there own stuff and like today nobody literally bothered to disturb me and I loved that.

"Did you had anything?" My mom asked me as she sat beside me on the bed. I kept my head in her lap and a tear escaped my eye.

"Madeeha! I know you are worried and you have all rights to be but please eat something. It will take a lot of time for you to adjust in a new place and might be possibly you don't feel like eating there." She caressed my hair. I didn't shifted my position and remain silent.

"Honey! I know it's tough for you to understand these situations but trust me you will not regret them... beside Ruman, he is a nice guy he will keep you happy and..."
I stopped her in between and hugged her tight I started to cryout loud.
"Mom, I don't want to leave you! I can't live without you guys, I don't care if-if he keeps me happy or not but who will take care of you guys if I go." Logically my words were all of no use as today or tomorrow I have to go but still my heart was not accepting this fact.

"Who else than me?" I got up from the bed and ran to hug the handsome hunk also known as my elder brother standing on the door. I hugged him so tight that his bones started to hurt him, but he didn't complain. He kissed my forehead and wiped my tears.

"Sit here! And listen to me. I know I'm not your real brother but the love this family gave me is more than anything I could ever get. Princess, I'll take care of our family if you want mom!" He looked at my mother sitting on the bed witnessing this emotional moment. She expanded her hands and we both rushed to hug her.

She kissed his forehead and said "The best son ever." Then she kissed my forehead too "And the best Daughter too."
"If you guys are done with this emotional drama I need a hug too." Said my father as he entered my room.

After our very emotional family time my mom took me to the beauty parlour to get ready. I was confirmed that today I can't skip this makeup anyhow.

And somewhere within me I felt like a bride, a blush on cheeks, spark in eyes and glowing face. I hope my new life and new family will accept me as how I am.
With these thoughts I closed my eyes and permitted the beautisher to do her work.
