*Hey guys.... So it's been awhile eh? I could give you a million excuses but really, I've had major writers block with this one for a long time. Hopefully that's over with and I can get back to doing what I love and sharing it with all of you! I have big plans for this story, but you all gotta make sure I stay on top of things and keep updating!

Sorry again that it took me so long to get this up but I hope it makes up for the wait. I'm just adding a picture of Oli because he's adorable and I didn't have anything else. Enjoy!*

"That's not fair!" He yelled at the end of our second game.

"It's completely fair, you just suck at bowling. That's not my fault."

"You distracted me during that last game." That was funny, he had gone up and stood at the end of the lane, getting ready to swing. I went up behind him and wrapped my arms around his mid-section but instead of a normal hug, I tickled his sides. It sent him flailing away from me and when he went to throw the ball down the lane, it went straight into the gutter. I just about died laughing, my stomach ached and tears gathered in the corners of my eyes. After that he was flustered and made me stay sitting where he could see me becuase he didn't trust me.

"That was before you even swung, I didn't make you get that gutter."

"I couldn't focus after that."

"Why not?"

"Because you're just too distracting."

"Doubt it." We had been leaning against the tall table by the lanes but he walked around to my side.

"You mean, you wouldn't be at all distracted if I did this?" I felt his arms fold around me, his hands resting on my bare stomach. The skin burned under his warm hands. He pulled me closer to him, putting his head on my shoulder, his breathing steady on my neck. My eyes closed and my lips parted, a sigh escaping, and let my head fall back onto his shoulder. "Are you distracted yet?" He whispered in my ear.

"Only slightly." I whispered back.

"Good." With that, he pulled away, leaving me colder than I had been walking into the building. I was left shocked and not knowing what to do.

"Damn you." I murmured under my breath, mentally kicking myself.

"What was that?" His smile was very obvious, he knew what he could do to me and he was basking in his glory.

"I said damn you, Oli White. Damn you for making me feel like this, damn you for being as cute as you are and as nice as you are, and damn you for being a decent guy. You're getting braver." He laughed and took my hand again.

"I can't help that I'm falling for you. You make me feel so alive, like anything can happen, your personality is toxic, I can't get enough of it." I blushed hard, it was new to be treated like a princess, but if anyone was going to treat me that way, Oli would be that person. "Shall we go? It's getting pretty late." I looked at my phone, which I realized I hadn't barely touched since I left the house. The time was half past 12, and I didn't want to admit that I was getting tired.

Nodding my head, we left. The air outside was chilly but not too bad, and the sky was beyond clear. I could see every star, even with all the London lights shining down on us.

In the car, our hands stayed clasped together in my lap, quiet music played on the radio, and my head lay against the cold window. We couldn't have driven very far but once I put my head against the window, I drifted through sleep.

"Evie, we're back." Oli's voice came through my dreamless sleep. When I opened my eyes, he stood to my right on the sidewalk, bent over to look into the car. The door was open, cold air hitting my bare legs and stomach, and I noticed we were outside the apartment. He reached a hand down for me to grab and help me out of the car. "Tired?"

"Yeah, a little. Sorry for falling asleep on you."

"Don't be sorry, it was probably a long day for you."

"I had fun though, this was probably the best date I've been on. Thank you, for everything, it was truly amazing." We stopped by the door to the apartment.

"It was my pleasure, I'm glad I could raise the bar for dates. Oh blimmin' hell, I've just made things harder for myself."

"Easy tiger, who says you get another one?" I leaned back against the door with my arms crossed and eyed him.

"Well, I just assumed- I mean- I thought-" He stammered.

"Relax, Oliver. I'd love to go out with you again sometime." I could see him lighten up, his eyes shining in the dim light of the hall lamp.

"I'd like that too. Go on now, get some sleep." I almost turned to go but realized something.

"Wait, I don't even have your number. You can't expect to sleep on my couch and take me out without giving me your number." I took out my phone and handed it to him so he could put his number in and then slid it back into my jacket pocket. He stepped forward and planted a light kiss on my cheek.

"Goodnight Evie." With a genuine smile, he turned to leave. I pushed the door open, stepped inside, and closed it again, leaning against it again. A sigh of contentment left my lips and I closed my eyes, remembering the events of the night. I would sleep well that night, dreaming of more dates to come.

Oli

As soon as I got home, I flopped into bed and passed out, not waking up until the sun filtered through my window. I had slept later than I planned but when I remembered why, I smiled. Those memories rushed through my mind, how we danced, the bowling, her peacfully asleep on the drive back. But I pushed them aside and got out of bed to shower.

The next couple of days were quite boring to be honest; filming a few videos, lots of editing, hanging out with the boys, and working on some things for a surprise later. The whole time I was texting and talking to Evie. We went back and forth pretty much all day and I called her a couple times at night to talk while I worked. I wanted to see her but it was her vacation and I had work to do, so I settled for a call here and there. I wasn't used to this, this sort of wanting to spend time with someone but not so much time that they wasted their entire holiday when they could have been doing other things. I know she would say it wasn't being wasted but, when all I wanted to do was spend alone time with her, I knew she wanted to spend the majority of her time with her friends.

One day, I think it was a Saturday, I called her early in the morning, and by early I mean probably 10. I was eager to hear her voice, so eager that I lost mine when she answered.

"Hello? Oli are you there?" It took me a moment to find the words to say.

"Yeah, yeah I'm here, hey." I smiled when I heard her giggle a little on the other end.

"Hey. What's up?"

"Um, I just called to say hello and to ask you if you maybe wanted to hang out today? If that's alright with your friends of course, I dont want to intrude on your holiday."

"No, I don't think they'd mind. I'd love to." I smiled broadly. "What should we do on this lovely day?" She was right, it was a pretty nice day out, the sun shining, hardly any clouds, and the temperature was warm for December.

"How about we go for some lunch and then see where the day takes us? Go with the flow a bit."

"That sounds great! When shall I expect my charriot to arrive?" I inwardly laughed, I hadn't even gotten out of bed yet, nor was I dressed or showered. Although, this would give me some motivation to get up and get going.

"How does noon sound? Truthfully, I haven't even gotten out of bed yet."

"Neither have I! We stayed up quite late last night. This will give me more time to actually work up the courage to leave my bed." Her laugh sounded through the speaker again, causing me to laugh as well.

"Shall I let you go so you can roll out of bed?"

"Just until after a shower, I'll call you back once I'm out since I'll probably take longer than you will."

"I shall wait patiently then. Talk to you in a few."

"Bye." I could hear the smile play out across her lips as she hung up.

With that, I clambered out of the blankets and walked to the bathroom to jump in the shower.
