First time using the new multimedia thingy, so let's hope it works how I want lol. So this video is the song I reference later on, you'll know. I would suggest playing it when you reach the part I'm talking about because it will add more to the story, I feel. It just makes sense for these two, you'll see.
I lied, there will be a third part with the end of the date, I wrote a lot.... I do that often so, oh well. Hope y'all enjoy this new chapter! It was fun writing it, not gonna lie, even if it's just your typical date. Thanks again for reading!!

"Y-you look amazing, Evie." His warm voice broke the silence. We had walked down the street a little bit and came to a shiny new silver Mercedes. I knew it was his/his dads from one of his videos, but had to give him some shit.
"Dad let you borrow the car for tonight?" My voice broke with giggles as he open my door.
"I try to give you a compliment and this is what I get in return, wow." His smile gave him away.
"I'm sorry, I had to."
"I meant it though, you look stunning." I blushed.
"Well thank you, you dont look so bad yourself."
"I do look pretty good dont I?"
"You know, if you're gonna get sassy, you can drop me off here."
"Oh, come on Evie. All joking aside, I'm really glad you agreed to go out with me."
"Well, the night is still young, you still have time to screw it up. No, I'm really glad I did too. Speaking of, where are we going?"
"It's called Bar Boulud, it's a french restaurant in Hyde Park, under a luxury hotel."
"Sounds expensive." I know he was the one to ask me to dinner, and he did pick the restaraunt himself but I still felt bad.
"Evie, you don't have to worry about the price. I knew what I was getting into when I made the reservation."
"I know, I just feel like I should be paying for myself."
"Listen, A: I wouldn't have asked you to dinner if I felt like I couldn't pay for both of us, and B: I definitely wouldn't have pick where I did if I couldn't treat you to something like it, okay?" He reached over and grabbed my hand, lacing his fingers with mine, and then brought our hands to his mouth to press a light kiss on the back of mine. My blush deepened.
"Okay. What's their food like?"
"Frenchy." The smile on his face was like he had just told the best joke ever. "I'm kidding. They have some classic french dishes which I'm sure you'll love, unless you're a picky eater, but they also have some American burgers as well so I'm sure you'll find something. Look, there it is." The car was pulling up to a beautiful old looking building, obviously a hotel from the was the windows and balconies were laid out. On the corner however, was a small set of stairs leading to a door that looked out of place where it was. Above the door were the words Bar Boulud in iron letters, every balcony and railing was made of iron as well, and old rusted iron lanterns hung on either side of door. The building was made of grey stone from the bottom until about halfway up, then it switched to a red brick and white stone all the way up.
"Woah." Was all I could get out when he parked in front of the hotel.
"If you like the outside, wait until you see the inside." When he came around to my side of the car, I was still staring at the building before me. "Watch your step." Down the steps and inside the door where Oli told the matron our names, then she led us through the equally exquisite interior. Sleek and modern, it look every part of expensive that Oli had mentioned. The last thing my gaze fell on was the wine selection behind the bar.
