After the first period, the students had a short break before they needed to return back to lessons. Sophie, Steph, Abbie, Humail and Laila had promised to meet each other all back at the office so they could take a look around together. The first place the five went was to the school lunch hall (canteen). They recognised faces from their individual classes as they looked around. The canteen was very split with a table for each group within the school. There were eight groups that made up their year. Some groups had bonds over hobbies, some had bonds over common personalities while some were full of people who just loved being friends. Each of the five secretly wondered where they would be. They wanted to make the most of their time however so moved on from the canteen quickly.
They were all interested in the clubs being held at the school so they stopped by the notice board.
"Oooooo there's a cooking club!" Humail snapped a picture of the details for the club onto his phone.
"Yes! Our last school didn't have that," Sophie also took a mental note about the cooking club.
"They have music practice rooms, Abbie," Steph pointed out sparking some interest for her sister.
"Might check that out at lunch," Abbie was now looking forward to something in the day.
"I guess I could check out the art club," Laila wrote the words 'Art Club' onto her hand.
"They better have dance!" Steph scanned the board.
"They do. And even better it's student run," Humail pointed to one of the sheets.
"What do you mean, student run?" Sophie asked slightly confused.
"Like there's no teacher running it the students made the club." Humail explained and Sophie nodded.
"Oh, I need to sign up for that!"Steph grabbed Laila's pen from her hand and wrote her name on the sign-up sheet, then returning the pen.
Just then the bell rang signalling the beginning of second period. The siblings waved goodbye to each other then set off back to their classes now knowing how to get there.

Steph now felt more comfortable in her class considering she was sat next to Kai, the boy who helped her out. The teacher hadn't arrived yet, so everyone was just talking amongst themselves. Kai invited Steph to join in on his and Lay's conversation and she was starting to learn more about them.
"So Steph, have any brothers or sisters?" Kai asked sitting on top of his desk, letting his legs swing freely.
"Yeah actually, I do, well kind of, we're not blood-related, but I have three sisters and one brother. They're actually in this year." Steph tucked her bag under the table, while she spoke.
"That's a lot of siblings." Lay looked kind of surprised. "I'm an only child."
"Well trust me you're not missing out on much." Steph said thinking back to this morning.
"I have two older sisters, so I know where you're coming from." Kai also stated.
Kai was about to say something else, but then the door opened and in walked Mr Anderson, causing him to jump off the table and into his seat. Steph also turned back to face the front and the lesson began.

Sophie sat in her seat, bored to death, she was only halfway through second period and still had the third one to go. Mrs Carter was a nice teacher, but she was always so happy, it creeped Sophie out. Answering Sophie's desperate prayer for entertainment a note was placed on her desk, the note had been placed by Hoseok, who was also bored to death. She opened it up and written on the note was:
