Slexie, a different ending

Chapter 3

That night when Mark got home he was sitting on the couch drowned in his thoughts but was quickly snapped out of them by a knock on the door, he gets up and opened the door to find Meredith.

"What the hell did you do?!" Meredith yelled.

"Excuse me?" Mark asked

"Don't act like you don't know what I'm saying! Lexie has been in a terrible mood all day and she came home today and drank tequila, tequila!! Lexie Grey does not drink tequila so you screwed her up now! You better make things right Mark Sloan because that is my sister that you are destroying and she needs love and she deserves a hell of a lot more than what ever your giving her so please FIX THIS!" And with that Meredith walked away.

"Damnit!" Mark yelled slamming the door, Lexie cries often and it killed him to know he was causing those tears, with that he but on his leather jacket which he knew Lexie liked and left his apartment.

10 minutes later Mark arrived at Meredith and Derek's house, more like a frat house but who cares, he knocks on the door and Derek answers.

"You better be here for her." Derek said

"Trust me Derek for once just trust me." Mark said slightly annoyed Derek thought he came for some other reason.

"She's in her room" Derek said stepping out of the way to let Mark in, "if I hear her yelling your leaving." Derek said "now go get her I don't know how much more grumpy Lexie I can take."

Mark walked upstairs, he was very nervous Lexie was everything his world he couldn't screw this up. When he got to the attic door he knocked and waited for Lexie to open the door. Instead he heard a "Go away Meredith, I'm fine!"

Mark knew if he said it was him she prob wouldn't let him in so he knocked again.

"Geez just go-" Lexie froze when she saw Mark at the door. "What do you want?" She asked

She looked beautiful, her hair was in a braid and she was in her pajamas he recognized his shirt but didn't say anything.

"I miss you Lexie, I love you and I need you. I know I messed up bad and I know there is no way to make it up to you but I can't lose you again, you make me happier than anything I've ever known and all I want to do is be with you, no matter what, no matter where and I love you and I know you love me-"

"You don't know me." She snapped

"Oh but I do, I know that you like pepperoni pizza but only if the whole pizza is covered in pepperoni, I know that your favorite thing to do is watch the bachelorette but you hate watching the bachelor because all the girls are too fake, I know that you have to brush your teeth before you do anything in the morning, I know that you hate the color green because green is the color of apples which you hate so much, I know that you wanted a pony when you were young,I know that you hate when people call you Alexandra cause it is too long, and I know that I love you, I love you so much Lex, so please just give me a chance. All I want to do is make you happy "

Lexie stood there, just looking at him and she made her choice.
