The two men I'd saved from my trap were eating their meal like they hadn't ate for days. They sat away from me as I ate in peace. I wonder why they were all alone. Mommy told me wolf demons usually stay in packs. At least they seem nice, I would be scared if they were mean. They had finished a while ago with their meal and I still had some leftover so I decided to be nice and give them the rest which they smiled when I did. "Thanks a lot kid, I thought Hakakku was gonna die of starvation the way his stomach was roaring." The first One said as he began to laugh as the other one glared at him. "Oh really Ginta, last time I checked your stomach was roaring as loud as mine." At that the two got into a play fight and I just sat and watched. It must be nice to have friends to play with. I never had a friend, everyone in the village was scared or mad at me. I perked up at the sound of something approaching. All of a sudden a little tornado appeared in my cave. It dispersed to reveal another wolf demon. He immediately went to the two other demons. "What are you two doing? You were supposed to be back home hours ago an now I find u guys here eating." The two that I knew as Ginta and Hakakku had nervous expression as the new guy was berating them. Then he turns and picks me up by the back of my shirt. "And you! What are you doing in our territory cat? Don't you know we own this area?" Uh oh! He must be the boss of these two. He doesn't seem nice either. Um I was just staying here! I didn't have nowhere to go after the village ran me off. I'm sorry, I'll leave if you just let me go." He looked at me a bit before putting me down. "Go back to your parents kid you're safer there than in a cave." At those words I broke down. You big jerk!

What did I do! I was only being honest. Unless....he did say the village ran him away. "Where are your parents kid?" He stopped crying a little and looked at me. "They died protecting me. The village didn't like having a demon and a half demon in the village so they killed mommy and daddy and tried to kill me. But I ran here and hid." He said. Poor kid, he didn't do anything wrong but people hate him cause what he is. Kinda like the mutt. Just wish he wasn't a cat. I put him down and he finally stopped his crying. Can't believe I'm doing this but he'll die if left out here alone. "Come on kid, you can stay with us tonight. Just stick with Ginta and Hakakku ok. You two, since you found him he's your responsibility ok. Don't make me regret this kid." He smiled and hugged me. Great I made a friend. Just what I needed.
