Josie reached Brian's house about two hours later. There was traffic coming back but she had plenty of time to get back and get things ready for when Brian got home.

She started as soon as she got there. She set candles up in the shape of a heart on top of his dresser and with colored sand she spelled there initials in the heart. Then she changed the sheets to the one's she bought and spread the rose petals all over the bed and floor of the bedroom. Then she started cooking. She made a pork loin and garlic/lemon roasted potatoes with carrots and a Greek salad.

She finished just as she heard his uncles car drive up. She met him at the front door wearing the silk robe covering up the see through crotch less teddy she had bought specifically for this night. He walked in and she handed him a glass of wine. He took a sip and they hugged and kissed each other. She told him to go into the guest room and change into the clothes she had laid out for him. With few words his excitement was building so he did as she said.

When he walked into the bedroom there was a robe identical to the one she was wearing different only in the fact that it was a larger size, a pair of red silk boxers and leather sandals. He dressed and then went back to the living room where she was waiting with his wine glass refilled. He could hear the faint sound of music and the smell coming from the kitchen was amazing.

"You look amazing." He said to her as he took the glass and sipped the wine.

"So do you." She countered. They stared into each other's eyes. At this moment the only thing she could think of was Brian. He was everything she had ever wanted; tall, good looking, he had a bright future with a family law practice that had existed for three generations and at twenty six he already owned his own home bought with money he earned over the years since he first started working at the age of fourteen. He was an amazing man whom she knew would be a great provider and she was sure a great father to their children if they decided to have any.

She leaned up and kissed him, he kissed her back. They wrapped their arms around one another and slowly lowered themselves to the couch. He began to untie her robe.

"Not yet." She said as she backed away from him. "First we eat." She continued.

She stood up and took his hand, he got up and let her lead him into the dining room. On the table were two plates with a heart made with glitter with an arrow through it with their initials within the heart similar to the one she had done on his dresser with the candles.

He sat at the place she pointed out to him then she went into the kitchen. When she returned she was carrying a tray filled with the pork loin, a mix of vegetables, and the potatoes.

When she put the tray down on the table he looked astonished.

"You remembered?" he said

"Of course. Why wouldn't I?" she replied

"I told you that a year ago and we have never discussed it since. I can't believe you remembered and did all of this." He was truly humbled.

When they had first started to talk he told her of a favorite dinner his grandmother use to make for him every time they went to visit her. He had not had it in more than 5 years since she had passed away. Josie remembered every detail right down to the gravy she made from the pork loin drippings. She walked around the table and stood behind him. She put her arms around him and ran her hands under the robe and played with his chest hair. Then she came back around to her seat.

She handed him the knife and serving fork and let him carve it just as his grandmother had when he was a kid.

During dinner they discussed a bunch of things; how his day was, how her day was and how amazing everything she had done for the night looked.
