The Second Time

Moni's POV

August 15,1989~Tuesday~Atlanta,Georgia Hotel

It's been about three whole months since the tour started and a lot of stuff happened. Slik and I beat some more bitches asses,Kelly, Terrielle, and Keisha joined us, which means more fun. Me and Ren continue enjoying each other, and the tour is a success. I woke up this morning not feeling so well. My stomach was nauseous, and I was very dizzy, I throw up, that when I knew I was sick. I've felt like this for about 3 weeks now, I've noticed the feeling felt like the first time I was pregnant, I wonder am I pregnant, again? I went to Evangeline's room to talk to her.

Me:*knocked on the door*

Slik:*opens the door*"Monica,come in. Are you ok?"

Me:"It's that obvious."*comes in and sits on her bed*

Slik:*gets on the phone*"Donte, I'll call you back ok, bye.*hangs up* You look dizzy and washed out, are you sick?"

Me:"Alittle. So, your talking to Donte Keagan,huh?"

Slik:"Yeah. I've know him for sometime, since my dope selling days. I've crushed on him for quite awhile. Keish told me he just got out of prison a week ago, and we've been talking ever since."

Me:"Aww,*feel like throwing up* Ohh, excuse me."*runs towards her bathroom and throws up*

Slik:*goes to my aid*"Girl, you need to go to the hospital, for real."

Me:"Ok."*wipes my mouth*

Slik:"I'll tell Otis to take us to the hospital,ok?"

Me:"Ok."

Slik told the bus driver Otis to take us to the near by clinic to see the doctor. He agreed, I put on my shoes, Slik puts on her sunglasses and a hoodie so she won't be recognized. We got  on the bus, and we went to the clinic, we got there,signed in, and saw the doctor. I took a blood and urinary test to see if i was just ill or pregnant.

Doctor:*walks in*"Well, Miss Williams, you are not positive for any illness or infections, so thats good. But, you are pregnant."

Me:Really? How far?"

Doctor:"Well, you're almost 3 months after this week."

Hearing that I'm once again pregnant shocked me, but hearing after this week, I'll be 3 months was even more shocking. I told him that my boyfriend or the father of the child is on tour and I'm working with him, the doctor wanted me to go back home and make sure that I got my proper care and no stress. I agreed, and me and Slik left the clinic and got back on the bus to go back to the hotel. I was still in shock to my results.

Slik:"Well, how does it feels to be a mommy?"

Me:"I'm still in shock.'

Slik:"Well, I'm happy for you and Ren. You know I here for you if you need anything."

Me:*smiles*" I know. Thanks for taking me to the clinic and supporting me. I really appreciate it."

Slik:"Aw,No problem."

We hugged and enjoyed the ride back to the hotel. We got off, and I went back to my room to see Ren laying down watching tv.

Ren:*sees me*" Oh baby. I've been wondering where you were."*gets up and kisses me*

Me:*kisses back and sits on the bed*"Oh babe, I went to the doctor with Slik."

Ren:"Really, well you were pretty sick this past weeks, what did the doctor say?"

Me:*silent*

Ren:"What is it baby?'

Me:*sighed*"Ren...I...I'm...I'm pregnant."

Ren:"You're what?"*smirks*

Me:*looks into his eyes*"I'm pregnant,again."

Ren:"You're pregnant?"

Me:"Yeah,again."

Ren:"Oh baby!*hugs me*We're having a baby! I love you so much baby."*kisses me*

Me:*starts tearing up*"Aww, I love you too Ren."*kisses and hugs him*

We were so happy, especially Ren.

Ren:"So, how many months?"

Me:"Almost 3 months."

Re:"Oh, thats cause all that after show celebrating we was going."

Me:"Yeah.*laughs* But, I have to go back to Compton, that's what the doctor said.  Sorry babe."

Ren:"Oh, it's alright baby. I'll make sure you get home safely."

We continued talking, and the next day, I had to go back home to Compton. I hope I actually have my child, I can't handle another miscarriage, It would hurt my heart. But, I'm gonna think positive, and no negative here.
