BIRTHDAY. Unknown [Note: Found by S.H.I.E.L.D. on October 7th, 1995, at approximately age 7. This would make her around 29 in 2017.]

HISTORY. Not much is known about Ms. Fletcher's early life. She was found by S.H.I.E.L.D. at approximately the age of 7m in the lab of scientist Viktor Stravinsky, leader of a cult called the Deathless. She had undergone significant experimental procedures since birth. Her genes had been greatly manipulated through unknown methods, therefore her original parentage is all but impossible to discover. It is believed that the intent behind this was to create an ideal human, and as far as we know, she is the only survivor of these experiments. She is still dealing with the after effects and trauma of this time to this day [see Psych. Evaluation]. 

After her rescue, there was much disagreement as to the nature of her humanity. Many high ranking officials at the time, such as Alexander Pierce, claimed that Fox was not exactly human, falling more along the lines of intellectual property, and argued that she should be kept in a secure location. However, thanks to the persuasion of Nick Fury, she is now considered fully human, and was allowed to be adopted by a resident physician. (The compromise being that those who adopted her lived on a S.H.I.E.L.D. base, and that she attend weekly appointments until she turned 18.)

She became a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent specializing in the "supernatural" in her early twenties, and formed a task force, known unofficially as the Freakshow. This would last for 4 years, until she was the sole member. This affected her her in negatively in a number of ways [see Psych. Evaluation]. From May 2013 until April 2014, she worked as solo agent with various other teams (including several times with STRIKE Team: Delta). 

She is currently theorized to be on the run with the Winter Soldier, aka James Barnes. Their location is unknown. Their status is unknown. However, our intel strongly suggests that they are being pursued not only by various bounty hunters, but by HYDRA, and the Deathless as well. 

We consider them to be in extreme danger.
