Grayson's P.O.V

I wake up to the standard buzzer alarm going off at 7:25 am. I have to work today, and Mondays at the shop are terrible. I groan as I roll out of bed and walk over to my dresser and pull out some clothes. I walk to the bathroom and shut the door behind me for no reason. I turn the shower in and let it heat up as I brush my teeth and floss. I check the water and its warm enough for a shower. I strip out of my boxers and step in.

I step out of the shower and dry most of my body before wrapping the towel around my lower half. I step in front of the mirror and wipe the fog away to look at myself. I want to add another tattoo to my sleeve. I'm not sure what I want yet. So far it looks great.

I change my lip ring to a basic black hoop. I style my hair up and then get dressed.

The door opens and Brie walks in.

"Good morning Gray." She says blandly.

I really think I should break up with her. She barely talks to me and when she does she treats me like shit. You don't really realize what you have until its gone. I can't keep pretending with her.

"Good morning." I responded.

"What are you doing today?" She asks while putting toothpaste on her toothbrush.

"Um.. Working. Its Monday.." She doesn't listen to me.

"Okay whatever. I'm going to hang out with Kaitlyn and Mariah. I'll see you later." She says not looking at me.

Wow. Thanks. "Well I'm going to go to work. I love you, have a good day. Bye." I respond kindly.

"Kay, bye." She says shutting the door practically pushing me out.

Okay then.

I need coffee. Bad.

I'll just go to Starbucks. Its been a while, but Starbucks coffee is always amazing.

I pull into the parking lot and park the car. I grab my phone and put it in my pocket and grab the keys too, getting out and heading towards the door.

It doesn't look too busy but there's still a few people in here.

I walk in as the door hits the light bell to signal a new customer is here. The teens sitting at the table look at me but the girl behind the counter looks overwhelmed as she scurries around.

"Good morning. Welcome to Starbucks. My name is Jemma. One moment please." She rushes.

Jemma. Wow. I remember that name. My mind is flooded with memories of the one that got away. As cheesy as it sounds, she's my one true love and I know it, but I can't do shit about it now. She's gone.

She runs back and forth doing things and she looks familiar. Wait. What the fuck.

She starts loading pastries into the shelves and I see it her. It actually her.
"Sorry about that. What would you like?" Jemma Austyn asks.

I can't answer. I stand in complete shock. Its actually her.

She looks up at me through the glass and I'm sure. I couldn't forget that face.

"Grayson?" She says in disbelief.

"Jem." I breathe out in disbelief.

Her hands fly up to her mouth as water fills her eyes. "Oh my god." She mumbles.

I walk around the counter and just pull her into a hug ignoring the stares from the group of teens.

"I thought you were gone forever. I didn't know how to find you. I can't believe you're here. You're real." I say against her neck and shoulder.
