Let it go. Voice.

I felt as if those big emerald orbs were piercing my soul and shredding it apart with her cuteness.

Awww, but she looks so adorable and alone and fragile...

Just don’t, I know you love cute little defenseless kittens, but don’t. Voice.

"She’s not homeless, you know, just an out side cat" Azrail informs me

The calico kitten apparently saw there no food and left after I accidently pet her with my sticky hand. I watched as she slinked away; too bad.

I turn around and confront Azrail and Jesse. "When’s this goddamn bus getting here?!" They shrugged in unison "its 10 minutes late" 

"Its the first day of a new year" Jesse replied, "They’re always late"

"Ugh great" hmm... "What grades are you guys in?"

"10th" Azrail

"11th" Jesse

"10th" I smile, happy they’re not too old

"Sweet, I don’t like older women" Jesse (I think) jokes. Either way I start laughing

"Pedo!!" I point, not at all mean. He just frowns and then it dawns on him. I laugh even harder at his expression. Azrail joins me. Jesse even cracks a smile.

Wow, real mature. Voice

After our laughter dies down (and it wasn’t even that funny), we see a bus turn the corner.

"Yay!!" I cried in joy

"What-oh yeah, since we were standing out here, I forgot that school starts today" I give Jesse a strange look "Just kidding, sit by me? Please?"

"Sure" I feel Azrail stiffen besides me "are you cold?"

"Naw, I’m fine" I just shrug it off and focusing on the bus stopping

Suddenly doubts filled my head, crushing me mentally. What if no one likes me? What if Azrail and Jesse get sick of me? And I’m all alone? What if I’m too weird and people get freaked out? What-

"Come on" Jesse takes my hand and leads me up the steps. Oh god.

As we pass the first half of the bus, girls looked at me, saw our hands and immediately shoot death glares.

I try and shake my head no but he pulls me down to a seat near the back, but not too close to the gangly kid sitting in the last seat, swearing like a sailor and showing off his weed, which let me tell you hunny, is not attractive.

"Are you okay?"

I look next to me and find Azrail.

"Yeah, just... worried" I finished. I shake my head and put my hand on his shoulder. Heat rushes through me, snapping my head up. No one notices though and I put my hand back on my head slowly.

What the hell was that?!

Maybe you're just really cold and had a shock to his body heat? Voice.

No... there was more than that...

Well I don’t know what to tell ya hunny

Now I was hungry, not for food (cause of that waffle) stupid me. -_- . No i wanted to hug, to feel, Azrail, this…stranger!

Just because he’s hot. Voice. Doesn’t meant you have something for him, okay? WE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WANT A REPEAT OF MONTYE.

Ugh, I think back, fine, just shut up!
