Stephanie's POV

After Caspar left, I cried again and again. It was over with Caspar, for sure.
"So I guess it's over with me and Caspar" I told Jack.
"Yeah... It's my fault Steph I'm so sorry!"
"No it's not. I was going out with Caspar and I decided to do it. Don't blame yourself."
I took Jacks hand and brought him to my room... I needed to tell him something very important.

"Jack" I said gulping.
"Yes?"
"Jack... I'm in love with you." I said, trying to avoid eye contact.
"Steph, I know Caspars gone but I'm not just a rebound you know!"
"No Jack! I mean I've been feeling this way for weeks and I never had the courage to tell you. Truth is, I do remember what happened on that night... I didn't want to say anything because well, I enjoyed it."
"Steph, the truth is, I feel the same. I've had a crush on you ever since you moved in. Seeing you nuzzle Caspar and kiss him made me upset!"
"Really? How do you think I felt when you brought home a different girl every night, and I could hear you through the walls."
"And when you tickle Caspar!"
We both started laughing, then we made strong eye contact. We leaned in again for a kiss, but it wasn't like the last one, this one was deep and meaningful. It lasted a long time, and soon I ended up holding his neck again and him by my waist. "Are you sure" he said meaningfully. "100%" I smiled.
