"Where are you?"

Lola's POV

"And the weather is very strange like It snowed in the Sahara desert on February 18, 1979, Lola would you like to suggest why this might have happened" I was currently in Geography one of the most boring lessons on the entire earth the only good thing was that Mona got to suffer it with me. It didn't help that i got no sleep last night because of the noise from my neighbours party all night the same music was played over and over again why i was listening to people screaming and getting drunk and having fun while i was laying there looking at a black celling.

"Lola would you care to step to the front of the class and tell us" I looked around next to Mona to see if she could help me out but she was paying no attention just on her phone like she didn't have a care in the world, i stood up out of my seat and went to the front.

"It snowed in the Sahara Desert because it was winter time?" After finishing the last word Mona burst out laughing. Mr Loan gave Mona the death stare before shouting at her to leave the classroom and stand outside.

"Mona exit the classroom straight away how dare you laugh at another students misunderstanding wait for me outside and we will have a talk. In fact i will email Mr Yates and have him take you to a different classroom because i am not in the mood to deal with people like you" Mona's face went red like a tomato but she was going to get to see Mr Yates her teacher crush... Awkward. But apparently he knows about it guess you just can't trust some people.

I looked at her and winked just to annoy her even more she simply just gave me a shocked look which made me laugh. And with that she was outside waiting for Mr Yates. While i was still stuck at the front of the class.

"Lola please take a seat" For the rest of the lesson i was zoned out the whole time the next thing i remembered was the bell ringing for lunch and everyone rushing out to queue up to buy food. Before i left i remembered to pick up Mona's bag as she left it to go outside and she's still not back from wherever she went. I was on my way to where i usually meet Paris and Mona but when i got there i saw Paris no Mona? Where has she been this whole time? I decided to quickly text her that i had her bag just in case she goes back to class and its not there she will start worrying typical Mona.

'Ive got your bag I'm at lunch with Paris in the hall where r u? x'

I hit send and waited for a reply.

"Hey wheres Mona you both just had class together didn't you?" Paris asked noticing Mona's bag but no Mona.

"I wish i could answer that question but she got sent outside and Mr Yates was gonna come and talk to her about her behaviour that lesson but she didn't come back in and when i left she wasn't outside either i have no idea where she is, she might still be with Mr Yates i texted her but still no sign of her." Paris looked suspiciously at me.

"Well how can she be with Mr Yates if his over there?" She said confused while pointing over to the other side of the hall.

"I have no idea" By now i was extremely confused, Mona normally always answers her phone even at 3:00am in the morning.

20 Minutes Later...

"Lunch is almost over and she is still not here, maybe ill go and ask Mr Yates where she went, But you have to come with me" I explained to Paris.

"Okay lets go" She said standing up

I stood up with my bags and went over to Mr Yates.

He stood there watching over the dinner queue to make sure there was no misbehaviour. He seemed kinda scary to go and talk to but i did it anyways.

"Erm Sir" i said instantly getting his attention causing his head to turn towards me.

"I know Mona got sent out last lesson to talk to you do you know where she is now or where she went after because we haven't seen her since"

"She's in detention and I've also taken her phone away from her so she has no distractions and her parents will have to come and collect it later today, So right now she is in detention for the rest of the day" He said in a stern voice a part of Mr Yates I've never really seen before and i was quite shocked by his reply.

"Oh okay" I walked away with Paris by my side.

"Well that was strange i thought he was kind i was not expecting that at all" Paris sounded just as shocked as i was.

"I know same"

The bell rang through the entire school to tell students and teachers that it was time for the next lesson, everyone scrambled through the corridors being pushed and shoved until the hall was completely empty and quiet and until you could hear a pin drop. Hopefully this day hurries up and i can just be back in bed with my beloved laptop where i can watch youtube, Watch as many movies as i want and listen to music until my heart is content without being told off or being told to pay attention or being shouted at.
