Sorry that I didn't update yesterday, there was a power cut and I ended up playing Monopoly for over 4 hours...yikes!

We finally arrived in camp and was I happy? Yes. I was absolutely shattered and was looking forward to -maybe- having something to eat and go to sleep.

Danny was already sat around a roaring fire and I dumped my bag on the ground and rushed over to it, soaking up the heat from the flames.

"How'd the trial go?" Alan asked, coming over to sit by me.

"I won!" Danny grinned, making me squeal a little, "So we got the better camp and we get to eat tonight!"

Perrie let out a loud cheer. "I'm starving!" she groaned, sitting down on a log beside the fire.

I laughed, sitting by her, "We'll need to go exploring tomorrow."

"Yeah but we'll need to find out who's doing the trial." Harry reminded us as he sat across the fire from me.

Shit. I completely forgot about the trial! I bit down on my lip, wondering about what could be in store for one of us.

"Oh that reminds me, who were you up against?" Perrie asked, turning to Danny.

"Someone called Jack P. Shepherd. I think he's from Coronation Street or something." he said quietly.

I nodded, "He is...he plays David Platt." When I noticed everyone was looking at me strangely, I played with my hair, "My mum...big fan. Big fan."

Harry snorted, "Yeah sure. She's the fan."

Alan let out a cheer, causing us to look up. The food bag was being lowered. "Who's cooking?" he asked, "Cause I can't cook for shit."

Harry stood up and began unclipping the bag and I couldn't help but notice how his shirt moved slightly up his long torso, revealing his prominant V-lines.

Perrie nudged my shoulder, snapping my attention back to her.

"Harry says that he'll cook. That okay with you?" she asked.

I nodded, "Does he need any help?" I looked over to him, seeing that he was unpacking all of the ingredient while she shrugged. Laughing, I stood up, "I'll go ask him."

As I approached, he looked up from the bag and smiled warmly at me.

"Need any help?" I asked nervously, playing with my fingers.

"Sure," he said, scooting over on his log to let me sit down, sliding a carrot and onion towards me and I quickly started chopping the vegetables, "You can cut those up for me while I try to work out what to do with this wallaby shank."

Still chopping, my gaze snapped to him, "We're eating a wallaby? Isn't that a kangaroo?"

He smiled and I had to admire the way his eyes looked in the fire glow. I was so distracted that the knife slipped off the onion and sliced my finger and I let out a quiet hiss.

"Are you okay?" Harry asked, making me look up at him to find he was already looking at me.

I nodded, "Just a little cut."

He took my hand, holding my finger up to the light beside him, "Yeah you should be fine. Nothing too serious." He then looked at me again and I just sat there staring at him like an idiot.

Good one Sarah.

Later that night after a really good dinner thanks to Harry, Perrie and I decided to go to bed since we were so tired from the walk here. We chose two beds that were close together but a little distance away from the fire, up a little slope.
