As I take every step, I keep my head straight and focus to where I'm going instead of exchanging stares to the students who are giving me creepy looks.

Lovely. Should I try to laser out their eyes?

Pagkatapos kasi ni Dad akong ihatid at nang natapos nang masettle lahat ng papers ko ay agad naman siyang umalis at naiwan akong hinahatid ng secretary ng principal sa dorm ko.

Pumasok na kami sa dorm ng girls, where the boy's dorm are separated from us, and after passing by 10 rooms, we stopped on the room '318'.

"Alam mo bang, ang isang ka roommate mo ay isang transferee rin? She moved here a couple of weeks." -she told me, like it was a good news to me.

I gave her a blank look. Who cares about that girl?

At parang na halata niya na hindi ako intrisado sa binalita niya dahil ngumiti nalang ito at kumatok sa pintuan.

Seconds later the door flung open and reveal a two girl. A pair of eyes stare at me with awe as I studied them back.

"Girls, meet your new roommate. Rebecca Faith Chase is her name." -she introduced me to the two girls who are standing in front of us.

They has the same hair color, yellow blonde. The other one is short and the other one has the same as my height. Both shared smiles.

"Hi!! I'm Danika! Medyo magkarhyme ang name natin noh?" -the short one cheered and put her hands to her chin like she was remembering something "Danika and Rebecca! Magkatunog nga! Ang galing!!"

I crunch my eyebrows together while staring at her. This Danika girl, does she by any chance a weirdo type? Cause I never cared once in my whole life about how name rhymes.. duh.

I lift my head up at the secretary.
"I'm fine now. Hindi niyo na po kailangang magtagal pa rito." -galang na sabi ko.

She awkwardly nod and smiled to the girls then to me before closing the door and finally leaving us.

At last, I'm alone.

Maybe not.

"So, you can call me 'Nika'! Ang haba na kasi ng 'Danika', or okay naman ang 'Nik' nalang. Pero mas type ko ang Nika!" -sabi ulit ng babaeng maliit, nang lumingon naman ako ay subrang lapit niya na sakin.

Bigla akong napaatras at natawa lang siya sa naging reaction ko. "Wag kang mahiya sakin! Wala ka dapat pang ikahiya!" -proud na sabi niya.

Why can't she see? I'm not shy at her. The thing is, not to sound rude but I do not want her near. I care about personal space. I don't want people whom I don't even know go near me.. Where's Brent when I needed him?
