"I'll have my phone with me. Call me if you need anything.", Zack said and gave Briley a kiss.

"Alright, I will. Have fun and be good.", Briley said and kissed him.

"Always am. I love you.", Zack said.

"I love you too.", Briley said and laid on the couch.

Zack and the guys were heading to Los Angeles to talk about the new album. Briley finally had some time to herself so she could just relax. Three weeks had passed since the little "party" the guys decided to throw and Jason was the only one who didn't apologize yet. He was staying at Roxxi's since then. Briley went back to sleep for a little while more on the couch beings that she got up with Zack at 7am. She woke up at 9 and decided that she was going to go work out and then go get pedicures and lunch with the girls. After that she went grocery shopping. It was 6pm when she got home. She made dinner for herself and then cleaned her house. It was 10 by the time that she got done and decided to take a nice warm bubble bath.

She started the bath and added Warm Vanilla Sugar bubble bath into the bath and took her makeup off. She put her face mask on and got into the bath. Her problems melted off and she never felt more relaxed. Then the phone rang. She wasn't going to get it so she let go to the answer machine. She shaved her legs and exfoliated her body. After she got out of the bath, she rinsed her mask off and applied her body lotion. She put on her silk kimono that Ashleigh got her from Victoria Secret. It was Ashleigh's way of trying to get Briley to have sex with Zack. Briley went downstairs and played the message from the answering machine. It was Zack.

"Hey babe. Just wanted to call and let you know that we go our dates wrong. We go to LA next weekend, we're on our way home now. Love you!"

She smiled and decided that tonight was going to be the night that she would have sex with Zack. She felt comfortable enough with him and he sure as hell waited long enough. Good things come to boys who wait, she thought.

"Told you I would be seeing you around."

Briley froze. She knew who it was just by his voice. She slowly turned around and sure enough there was Jax sitting in her living room chair. He got up and started walking towards Briley. She slowly backed away from him until she hit the wall. He pressed his body on to hers.

"I see you moved on.", he whispered in her ear.

"Such a shame too. I was kind of hoping that we could have some fun.'', he said and his hand slowly started up Briley's thigh.

"Jax, please don't.", Briley whispered and a few tears escaped from hazel eyes.

"Shhh... don't cry baby.", he said and kissed her neck.

"I have a new boyfriend now. He should be home soon.", Briley said.

"Ahhh yes, Zacky Vengeance. You sure know how to pick them huh? Trust me baby, I have something waiting for your precious boyfriend.", Jax said and whipped out a pocket knife. A few more tears fell down Briley's face.

"Leave him out of this.", Briley said raising her voice a bit. Jax put the knife against Briley's throat.

"Don't you raise your voice to me, bitch. I will cut out your vocal chords right here and now.", he said angrily. Briley started crying. Jax slipped his hands up her kimono and he forced one of his fingers inside of her. He went slow at first and then he added another finger and his pace became faster. Briley tried to wiggle out of his grip but he was too powerful. He pulled his fingers out of her and licked them clean. This was Briley's chance... she kneed him in the groin. He doubled over in pain and Briley ran up the stairs. She went into the closet and she covered her mouth as tears kept flowing.
