*The Friendship Games*

"Welcome everyone to the Friendship Games tricross relay." Cadence spoke from the microphone with the other principals and vice principals.

I am standing at the starting line of the obstacle course with Sapphire. Then the opponents are Ruby Gem and Scarlet Red. I knew that this is going yo happen so I'm not surprised anyway.

"This event will be a little different because we have decided to add one more game." She continued. "And our qualifying competitors will face off in archery, obstacle course, speed skating, and finally, motor cross. So if the competitors are ready," then she honked the horn signaling the event is starting.

"Crystal Midnight." I looked at Ruby doing a fake smile at me. "I wish you good luck."

"Thanks. But-" But I was cut off.

"But we don't need any luck. Yeah I know what you're going to say. So shut up." Scarlet said.

"Crystal was about to say that the Wondercolts will win you idiots."

"That would be impossible." -Scarlet

Me and Sapphire didn't reply but instead, we watched the games.

Fluttershy already did her shot so it was Apple Jack's turn. So she started running, jumping and swinging. But I never noticed that the Shadowbolts were on the lead. Twilight is already shooting her arrows but she always miss. An every time she miss, I hear Sour Sweet grunting at her.

So anyways, I looked back on Apple Jack and cheered. " Go AJ! Go Wondercolts!!!" I screamed! And Sapphire did the same thing. I can also feel the two opponents at our backs are rolling their eyes like they don't know who we literally are or what we were doing or engrossed with it.

So as I watched I saw Apple Jack holding her bow and arrow, taking a deep breath, and released the arrow... And

*Shoot*

AJ DID IT YESSS!!!

So me and Sapphire went to position cause we were next. Sapphire waited for the light beside her to become green. And it did. So we started running. Except for our opponents of course.

So we should do this for like 3 times. And we started jumping over hurdles, swinging into ropes, sliding and many more.

I already made it to the first round of the course. And 2 more to go. I looked around, trying to find Sapphire while running. But I found her just beside me.

"Are you doing fine?" I asked her. " well yeah. Come on. Let's finish this."

So we finished another round of this until we finished 3 rounds. We're done and the Shadowbolts haven't even started!

So me and Sapphire rested panting. I looked at the speed skating part and noticed that they have already started.

I looked then at Ruby and Scarlet very angry and annoyed. "How come you haven't started?" I asked them.

"Twilight." Ruby replied rolling her eyes.

When I looked at the archery part, I saw Apple Jack helping Twilight. I smiled very proud of the spirit we have. Even though they are our opponents, we still help them.

Then, Twilight shot an arrow and she did a bulls eye! Finally! The game is on!

So the Shadowbolts started their Obstacle Course. And I watch our rollerskating.

Minutes later, the Ruby and Scarlet were done with their game. I was shocked because that was soo fast...

"Take that!" Ruby told us.
