Life in Seconds

I have met some of the most amazing people in my life and days
These people have influenced me in so many good and bad ways.

I couldn't begin to explain the way they have made me.
There words of hate or love, I respect the time given you see.

I live and breath the fact that life is unfairly short to all.
Angry or happy on how you live yours is completely your call

I will no matter what still hold lifes gift so near and dear.
In my last second I will, as now hold no contempt or need less fear.

With that explained the best that I can I want to share something.
I live my life in seconds and cherish the hope in I remember everything.

Every kiss to the ever changing colors in every sunrise I have seen.
Pushing life forward to live and learn while holding where I have been.

Nobody knows how to take me and maybe only one truly understands.
Nothing is better in life then letting another pull at your heart strands.

I am called many things from inspiring romantic to completely lost.
Some just take me as silly, creepy or heart frozen in frost.

I smile just for the simplicity of at least to them I am something.
I am already thinking of my next adventure in learning how to sing.

Was asked something yesterday that made me write this open and honest.
My answer is:
" I live my life seconds and when I die is when I will learn to rest."
