Maya's POV
I was sleeping in the swing. When I heard a noise. I knew what it was
M: hey Josh
J: how'd you know it was me
He came over and sat by me. I took his hand
M: because your a Matthews you guys are clumsy
J: your right
M: so why'd you come
J: because you need to come back to the house
M: and Riley needs to understand that I don't need her looking after me every second
J: she's looking after you because she cares about you
M: I know she does but I don't need her asking me what's going on all the time it's not like I wasn't gonna tell her what happened last night
J: I get that but can we just go back to the house you've been gone for hours and Riley's been crying
M: hours what it's only like 2
I look at my phone
M: it's 7:00
J: yes can we go now you don't even have to talk to Riley she just wants to know your safe
M: then take a picture and go because I like it here
J: that's it
He picks me up and throws me over his shoulder
M: Josh I want to stay here put me down
J: you need to come home
He snaps
M: ugh
He carry's me back to the house. When he puts me down I run in the house ignoring Riley.
R: PEACHES
I ran to my room and threw on my bathing suit. And headed for the pool. I was laying by the pool drawing what I found on the hill. I zoned out and didn't even notice what was in front of me.
R: peaches
M: I don't want to talk to you Riles
I noticed I called her Riles she smiled
R: your still calling me Riles
M: of course I am your my best friend and I love you
I snapped. She hasn't stopped smiling
R: I'm sorry that I over worry peaches
M: it's ok
R: are we better now
M: we always will be
M: Thunder
R: Lightning
We walked back inside with our arms linked
