Red Dawn Rising (short stories)

All or Nothing

       One day I was by my cousins house we decided to go on a walk through the streets and all was quite even the mouse. We took a walk along the desolate road until we found somewhere else to roam. And as the sky turned dark and light became scares we walked along the path of no return.
     
      Then we saw a clown who had red frown over the scared makeup of his face. And then we smiled like a child because Andy had come back and wanted to play.

   He turned and we followed over the hill and through the forest and even when our feet started to bleed and our hands were cut from roots and trees we followed with hearts of curiosity deep into the woods.
 
  Then he turned and started to burn as Death had come again. We watched with fascination as clouds of black and gold filled the sky and watch as the earth flew by and again we want in another adventure with our wings in the sky.
