OK, so assemblies , every school has them (I think) and you probably have a different routine than in my school. And let me tell you this ,our assemblies are SO MUCH MORE BORING THAN YOURS!!
Yeah my over exaggerating side is taking over but I don't fricking care. So in our assembly we of course have to go to the MPH (multi purpose hall) and we all stand in a line according to our classes , after that we have to wait for this so called 'command', I don't know if you are familiar with it but it's like-

(Oh my gosh we're like soldiers...) I didn't actually know that 'stand at ease' was actually with the 'at ease' before I searched it up , because I thought it was like 'stand attese' with the at ease mixed together , and yeah.
And then after those commands we have prayer , then we have the national anthem , AND let me note you we were standing all the time , YUP no chairs they are all stacked on each other leaning on the walls. So by that time I am probably suffering a lot , OK back to to topic ... After we have the schools anthem.
And after that there is probably a play or if not the principal and vice principal give out some speech or questions like 'how was your weekend?' Or 'do you know what's happening this week' or pretty much anything related to what we do in school and if it were a play by the end of it we our legs would be screaming in pain if they had mouths...
At some assemblies there is a visitor which is the BEST assembly because we don't have to stand and look like soldiers in front of the visitor. Probably the visitor that I liked the most was when an author came to our school , I don't really remember the author that visited us but if I remembered I would really like to read her books.
