Chris nervously stood waiting by the door for Aria to come and open the door. Thoughts began to rush through Chris' mind; however, Aria's mind was stuck on the episode of Supernatural that she watched. Whilst wondering how Jensen Ackles could be so cute as part dog, Aria opened the door. "Chris, hey."
"Hi," Chris replied accepting Aria's quick hug as she stepped aside for him to enter the apartment.
The two began to talk about how their weekend had been and Chris soon began to forget about what he had to tell Aria.
After Chris had finished his story on how Dodger, his dog, had managed to get soaked in mud and shake it all over his living room he soon got a text from Mackie. Chris politely asked to use the bathroom, to which Aria replied with "Of course, you know where it is."
The text from Mackie read 'Spangles how's it going?' The message reminded Chris of his purpose for coming to Aria's apartment so he gave Anthony a call.
"Mack, I don't know. I don't think I should."
"Look tights, you need to do this. She needs to know and I'm sick of you being so darn repressed all the time." Anthony bluntly stated.
"But, what if she freaks out?" Chris asked.
"It's Aria, she won't freak. Worst case is she says no, now get your Dorito shaped body back in there before she thinks you blocked the toilet." Mackie said, trying to calm Chris down.
"How did you know that I was in the bathroom?"
"Dude, it's the oldest trick in the book. I mean, they make you play the old person for a reason. See you Cap, good luck bud." Mackie said as Chris then replied with a quick 'thanks' as they hung up.
Chris knew that he had to say it soon with no more distractions or delays. He walked out of the bathroom and towards the couch that they were sitting on just as Aria turned around. "There you are Grandpa."
