Jas' POV;
I heard a car pull up and Tom took Alaia out of my arms. I smiled at him and waited for Nathan to walk through the door.
"Start talking." I shouted.
"I uh, will you please just let me explain before you start jumping to conclusions?" He whispered.
"Just fucking talk." I glared.
He nodded his head and began speaking.
"I was with Kirsty, she needed a friend and I was there for her. I'm sorry I didn't tell you, and I'm sorry I lied, ok? I just didn't want you thinking other things because I know what you're like Jas, you overthink things. You jump to conclusion and quite frankly, that is what causes our arguments." He stopped.
I heard Tom's phone bleep, signalling he had a text. I looked at him, he stood there, quite shocked.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"You were there for her alright." Tom spat.
I raised my eyebrows, and walked over to him, looking at his phone. I genuinely could not believe what I was looking at. Nathan, kissing her, practically fucking naked.
"Get out." I whispered.
"Jas, just-"
"I said get out!" I raised my voice.
He stood there, not moving. I walked over to him.
"Get the fuck out of this house, NOW!" I shouted in his face.
"I'm going to take Alaia out for a bit, text me once you've calmed down." Tom whispered.
"No, stay." I turned around to look at him. "Please"
He nodded his head and looked at Nathan.
"Mate, just leave. You messed up again so just go." Tom spoke.
He went to walk out of the house and I looked at him.
"We're done, and I mean it. Do not expect us to get back together, ever again." I spat.
He walked out the house and slammed the door shut. I walked up to Tom and broke down in his arms.
"It's okay, babe. It's okay." He whispered.
I kept crying and I felt my head lift up. I looked at Tom, who was looking directly back at me. Straight into my eyes.
I noticed him moving closer towards me and I closed my eyes, the next minute, his lips were crashing down on mine.
It actually felt right.
