Limited Space

Come on come on. I chanted in my head. I have to get out of here. They're coming! I grabbed my backpack and thought. I can only fit a change of clothes, and a few other things in here. I threw in another change of clothes that would allow me to move quickly, like the ones that I had on, and a pair of sturdy leather boots so they wouldn't wear down as quick, then I grabbed my pocket knife and threw it in so I would have an extra weapon if needed. I could hear them coming down the hill. I need to hurry. I told myself. I quickly pulled out my armor and weapons and threw them on just in case I didn't get out in time, taking my bag, I threw it over my shoulder over my shield, staff, and quiver, then I grabbed my bow and nocked an arrow. With that I jumped out the window just as they burst into my small cabin. With one more scan around what used to be my home, I sprinted off into the surrounding forest.
