~Karkat POV~
I sighed heavily and sat down on the couch inside the coffee shop, sipping a mocha as I waited for Korey to-- "Hey!" Came a shout from a seemingly hyper voice as I felt pressure suddenly get put on the couch next to me. I jumped a little and spilled a bit of my mocha on my sweater. "Holy shit Korey- god dammit, I spilled!" I spat at the other short person who was now sitting next to me, holding a milkshake. "Oh snap, sorry, Kat." They chuckled at their unintentional rhyme and dried the place where I spilled my mocha with a napkin they had on hand. "You literally have no chill." I glared at them. "Hahah, yeah, true." They chuckled and sipped their milkshake. "So," I started, "where are we going to set up those two lovestruck assholes' blind date?" I asked curiously. "I was thinking here, actually. Tomorrow, 3PM." Korey replied, sipping their drink once again. "Really? Well, okay then...I'll text Captor and ask him if he's free, then." I spoke again, getting out my phone and starting to text Sollux. Korey texted Eridan, as well, I'm guessing.

~Korey's POV~
I finished texting Eridan and put my phone away, looking to Karkat. "You finish texting Cap-Com {{A/N: Haha because gaming and his last name and okay I'll stop talking}] yet?" I asked the short boy. "Yeah. I finished three minutes ago." He replied. "Ah. It took me a bit longer." I shrugged. He nodded and sipped his mocha. "Now what?" I asked again. "Want to just hang out?" He shrugged and nodded, taking a big sip of his drink and looking up to the door, where Kanaya and Aradia had just entered. I followed suit and glanced to the two females, one tall and thin with bright jade green eyes and jaw-length orange hair, a low-cut red dress with black accents that touched the floor and pearl earrings. The other with waist-length dark brown hair, lightly tanned skin, maroon eyes, a long dark grey skirt, and a red short-sleeved flannel. Karkat waved to them and they came to sat down across from us. "Hi guys!" Aradia chimed happily, vaulting over the back of the couch on the opposite side of our own, while Kanaya sat down elegantly, with a slight wave. "Hello, Karkat, Korey." She smiled softly. I smiled at both of them and waved before getting out my phone and scrolling through Tumblr, my orange hair falling in my face.
~Karkat's POV~
"Hey." I spoke, looking to Kanaya. "Hello, Karkat, darling." She smiled. She was my cousin and we both loved each other dearly but I didn't show it much. "How've you been?" She asked before telling the worker her order. "Good. Me and Korey just set Eridan and Sollux up for a blind date together." I spoke, shrugging softly as I took another sip of my drink. Kanaya nearly spat out her tea. "WHAT?! REALLY?!" She shouted, attracting a lot of attention from other coffee shop goers. Korey and I both winced, glancing to each other before I looked back to Kanaya. "Er...yeah..?" I spoke hesitantly. "Oh my god..." She trailed off and I started to worry. Is she disappointed in me? Oh god what did I- "That's great!" She spoke happily as a smile suddenly appeared on her face. "Really..?" I asked, sort of shocked, considering how quickly her expression changed. "Yes, really! I can help Sollux get ready for it, considering he has a very small sense of style." She chuckled. I nodded, and so did Korey, before we all parted our ways. Korey was picked up by Eridan to get taken back to their apartment, and I went to my own apartment, where I lived with Sollux.
