Thanksgiving Surprise

Starbucks

"Can you go out of my room?"

I asked her politely. She stared at me like a hawk for the rest of the day until Friday came along. I let Stacie, Niko, and Matt know that I have other siblings and they were happy for me. I mean at least Niko and Matt were. After school I raced to Jessica's car and sat inside. I waited for her for 25 minutes.

"Can you drive me to Starbucks please?"

"No."

"Wha- Excuse me?"

"You can't just schedule something without approving the date with your GUARDIAN!"

" You were there when I called her!"

Jessica sat down slowly and took a deep breath. She got up and slowly walked out of the room. I pulled her back but she refused.

"Whats wrong?" I asked her

She walked out of her car and went into the house. I followed her as she said nothing as she walked into her room and slam the door shut. I heard her locking her door and than I remembered that there was a secret way into her room without her knowing. I walked to the attic, I looked around, and saw the door I drew on when I was a little kid. I walked in and slowly shut the door behind me and opened the next door seeing if Jessica was inside. She wasn't in there but her window was open and the screen for the window was ripped. I went in and shut the secret door. I than remembered that I had to go pick up my siblings. I forgot about Jessica, walked out of her room using her door and went to go get ready. I got ready and walked out of the house to Starbucks with John and waited for Ally and Lizzy . I saw 2 girls walk into Starbucks and I waved them down. They came over and asked,

"Are you Sarah?" Ally asked

"Yes I am. Jes-"

And than I remembered. I remembered how she used to love jumping out of the window and I would always find her.

"Hello?" Lizzy waved her hand in front of me.

"What? Oh yea. Sorry, My sister Jessica and I had a fight just before and so she didn't come. I think she may be outside of the house because when we were younger, whenever both of us got into a fight, she would go to her room and slam it shut, locking the door. Than I would have to go get her and I would always find her. But because now she can drive, it's going to be harder."

"Well. I don't know what to do." Lizzy said

"Just be quiet you chatterbox!" Ally told her

"We need to get back to my house before Jessica leaves."

"Got it! All our bags are here." She picked up the bags that were in her hand.

We walked out of Starbucks and I saw Jessica in someones car. I saw a guy driving her and other guys somewhere.
