Aiko stared at the letter in her hands. "Why would he want to contact me now?" Aiko mumbled. The letter was from her father who have left her and her mother when she was a young age. "Why would I even want to see him? He's an asshole." Aiko sighed. "Whatever I'll deal with it in the morning." Aiko stated to herself setting the letter on her night table and crawling under her blankets.

The next morning Aiko was woken up by the sunlight streaming in through the white curtains. Aiko sat up and looked at the time. "8:00 already?" She asked herself rubbing her eyes. Aiko lifted her blanket off of her and got out of her bed. Walking into her bathroom she saw that her sketch book was open.
"I could have sworn I closed that." Aiko said as she closed it. She walked into her bathroom and grabbed her pink toothbrush and cinnamon toothpaste. She brushed her teeth then moved on to brushing her hair.
Aiko finished in the bathroom and walked over to her closet and grabbed a plain purple t-shirt and a pair of dark jeans. When she finally left her room she made her way down stairs to the kitchen.
Walking into the kitchen Aiko found a note on the counter. It read,
Shiro and I have class today and everyone else is at work. At least one of us will be home by 3. Feel free to help yourself to whatever
-Toshihiro"Well I guess I'm here all by myself." Aiko spoke to herself. She looked through the kitchen trying to find something to eat. She found some fruit and cut it up putting it in a bowl and made her way back to her room.
When she entered her room again she sat down at her desk and opened her sketch book back up and continued on the character designs. She was close to being finished. She had a total of 5 characters and she was finishing the final design which made 6. Half way through her finishing touches on her character she realized something.
'I don't have a fax machine....' She thought to herself. She finished the character and grabbed her other designs and a folder. She slid the designs in the folder and grabbed her phone. She ran downstairs and out the front door. 'I need to get too the nearest book store'
Walking down the streets she spotted a bookstore. "Oh thank goodness." She walked into the store and went up to the front of the store. Stopping at the front service desk she asked, "Do you have a fax machine I could use?" The person behind the desk looked up from what he was doing.
"What do you want Morioka?" Hiroshi scowled. Aiko's eyes widened.
"Fuka-San I didn't know you worked here!" She exclaimed.
"Well of course you didn't know." He glared at her. "Now what do you want?"
"I was wondering if there was a fax machine here I could use." Aiko explained.
"Why?" He looked back down at what he was doing.
"I need to send new character designs to my editor." She responded. "And if you're wondering I scraped the last story."
Hiroshi looked back up at her and held his hand out. "Give them here." Aiko handed them to him. He took them and went back to the fax. "What's the number?" He called back to Aiko.
"Oh it's 436-***-****." She replied. Hiroshi came back a few minutes later handing back the papers.
"They're all just guys..." Hiroshi looked confused.
"Yeah and?" Aiko rose an eyebrow.
"I thought you wrote that girly romance stuff." He looked at Aiko. Aiko took the papers and put them away in the folder.
