Chapter: 1

Alarm clock buzzes but it is being ignored by the young brunette sleeping. She doesn't want to go to school and told her mom she's feeling sick but of course her mother wouldn't believe her.

Victoria Justice, a senior in high school. Smart, sweet, only has one friend. She gets bullied most of the time by her own neighbor. Avan Jogia. The typical jock. She doesn't understand why since she hasn't done anything to him, at least she thinks?

Victoria gets out of bed and opens her closet as she grabs a pair of jeans and puts them on. She grabs a t-shirt as well then finishes with her black converse. She goes to comb her hair and puts it up in a high ponytail. She washes her teeth and finishes in washing up as she puts on her glasses. Victoria grabs her skateboard and makes her way outside as she walks towards the bus stop.

Her eyes widen as the bus passes by her and she runs towards it putting her skateboard on the ground about to get on it but someone stops her.

"Hey nerd!"

She looks over as she sees Avan driving near her. He then throws a big burrito at her. He laughs and drives away.

Victoria lets out a sigh as she looks down at her shirt as she's covered with beans.

She can't go back to change since she's running late for school, so she has no other choice but to go like that.

Avan couldn't stop laughing to himself on his way to school. He parks then meets with his best friend Matt by the lockers. His friend also bullies other kids in school. Since they are the most popular ones they think they got all the power.

"Hey Matt man what's going on?" Avan asks with a smirk. Matt glares at him.

"I forgot the stupid combination and I can't open my locker!" He yells as he kicks his locker more.

"Dude if you kick it more you might not even have a locker," Avan chuckles. "Anyway, what do you have in there? Lockers are for nerds."

"But I don't want to carry books..."

"Who needs books if we don't do anything in class?"

"Oh yeah huh?!" Matt laughs.

Victoria hurries with her skateboard to school as she was late she runs inside. She hurries to her first period class which is English. She runs in and everyone just stares at her. Her teacher looks over at her disappointed.

"Victoria you're twenty-minutes late."

"Twenty?!" Victoria gasps shocked. It felt like ten to her. Avan was seated in the back laughing.

"Nice shirt!" He yells out with laughter. Matt laughs with him as well.

"Late and dirty. Victoria," her teacher glares at her.

"I'm sorry. It won't happen again," she tells him as he shakes his head.

"Take a seat but no more tardiness."

"Okay no problem!" Victoria grins and goes and sits down. She looks over behind her as Avan is glaring at her. She sticks her tongue out at him as so does he.
