"What do you lost the trace on their car?! I told you guys to always keep tabs on them!" I wake up, hearing Juuzou's voice loudly coming through the door as he yells at someone.

"I'm sorry Juuzou, we didn't think that they would find the tracking device!" An unknown man answers him back with nervousness in his voice.

"Damn it Hideo! Can't you do anything right? I give you and the other guys one thing to do and you fuck it up, seriously I don't need this shit on my plate today I have other things that I need to do. Now just please go away and leave me alone." Juuzou says as I see the bedroom door slid open and he walks into the room, closing the door with a hard pull.

As I sit up in the bed Juuzou sees me and walks over to a black leather chair and sits down. "Serena, you need to get up and shower before we leave and before you ask about your clothes, I had the housekeeper hang them in my closet after you went to bed last night." He says while pointing at the closet door.

I get out of bed and open the closet door, pulling out a pair of skinny jeans and a red t-shirt, along with a clean bra and panty set and walking into the bathroom without saying a word to him. I quickly shower and dry myself off with a towel from the bathroom cabinet, then quickly dressing and walking back into the bedroom. As soon as I walk back into the room I see that Juuzou is still sitting in his chair, looking as if he was lost in deep thought.

Grabbing my purse and my black converse, a pair of socks from the closet, close the closet door again. Sitting down on the floor with my legs crossed I brush my hair free of any tangles and put my socks and shoes on. Placing my hairbrush back into my purse and zipping it closed. I walk over to where Juuzou is still lost in thought at and tap him on the shoulder. He turns and looks at me.

"You're ready to go?" He asks as he stands up from his chair and walks over to the bedroom door.

"Yep!" I reply brushing my hair over my shoulder.

He nods his head and opens the door, walks out behind me. We head outside the house, I see a black BMW parked alongside the driveway. Juuzou clicks the lock button on his car keys and unlocks the car, opens the passenger door for me. I get in and get comfortable in the car as Juuzou closes my door and walks over to his, getting in and closing it.

As he starts the car and drives off I turn and look at him, "So where are we going for our date?"

Keeping his eyes on the road he replies, "I thought we would go to a restaurant and have a nice breakfast and get to know each other more."

"Oh! That sounds nice, I could really go for something good to eat." I replied happily as I reached over to try and find something interesting to listen to on the radio but gave up after I couldn't find anything that I liked.

A few minutes later we arrived at the restaurant that Juuzou was taking me to. It was a cozy little diner on the outskirts of town. Juuzou pulled up and parked in a parking place and turned off his car, getting out of the driver's seat and closing his door. He then walked around to my side and helped me out of the car and closed the door.

As soon as Juuzou opened the door to the diner for me, we were greeted by the happy face of a teenage waitress. She spoke to us in Japanese, I saw Juuzou say the word 'Ni' to her. She then led us to a two person booth and then placed the menus down in front of us. She asked something else in Japanese and then Juuzou turned and looked at me and spoke. "What do you want to drink?"

"A chai latte, please," I replied and he then turned back to the waitress and gave her our drink orders.

When the waitress left and walked to the back with our drink orders I picked up the menu and started looking at it, trying to figure out what I wanted to eat. Since I didn't understand the food names on the menu I decided to just look at the pictures and picked from there what I wanted. I was kind of in the mood for some pancakes and bacon, I figured that I wouldn't be able to get that until I turned to the next menu page and found what I wanted.

I placed my menu down on the table and then tapped lightly on the back of Juuzou's hand to get his attention. He looked up from his menu and looked at me and spoke. "Have you found what you want to eat?"

I nodded my head and then pointed at the picture of the pancakes and bacon. "I want this."

"Alright, well I already know what I'm getting." He said as he placed his menu down and closed it right as the waitress came and placed our drinks down in front of us.

After Juuzou ordered our food the waitress smiled and walked away. Juuzou turned and looked at me and spoke. "So what was your home life like back in the states?" He asked in a cool manner.

"It was pretty good, I have a loving and supporting family, we always had fun together. My mother and I used to go shopping together all the time before I was sent here to be your fiancee. What about your mom what is she like?" I asked as I picked up my hot cup of chai latte and started to blow on it before taking a sip of the warm delicious hot liquid.

"You mean what was she like." He replied taking a sip of his hot black coffee.

"Well yeah, I guess so. What type of person was she?"

He placed his cup back down on the table and sighed, "I never got to meet my mother she died giving birth to me."

My eyes widened when I heard what he had said. "I'm so sorry I didn't know."

"It's okay, I had other motherly figures in my life. But I would have still liked to have had her in my life. But enough about my life for right now how is your grandfather doing- ?"

Before I could answer his question the waitress had arrived at our booth with our food. She gently placed my plate down in front of me, along with a bottle of warm of syrup. She placed Juuzou's food in front of him. Which looked like some soup of some kind, some rice, a small plate of pickles, grilled salmon and a small bowl of these gross looking beans. After she was finished giving us our food, she smiled and then asked Juuzou something else and he shook his head in a sign of 'no' and she left us alone so that we could eat.

As she walked away, I grabbed the small package of butter that was sitting on the edge of my plate and spread it evenly over my pancakes, then picked up the bottle of syrup and poured it all over my pancakes and bacon. I picked a piece of the syrup coated bacon and took a bite, it tasted like heaven in my mouth. I shivered from the deliciousness of it.

As we sat there and ate I was getting tired of the quietness that was going on between us so I decided to ask him a few questions. "What was all that yelling about this morning?" I asked as I cut off a piece of my pancake to eat.

Juuzou looked up at me from his food and replied, "Oh that, don't worry about it. It wasn't that big of a deal anyways."

"Well, it had to be a big deal if you were yelling at Hideo about it."

"Trust me this has nothing to do with you so don't worry about it." He replied as he finished up his meal.

I was about to say something else to him when his phone started ringing in his jacket pocket. He pulled his phone out of the jacket and answered it. "Hello, Juuzou speaking, What happened? Yeah, I'll be there in a few minutes okay, bye."

The next thing I know Juuzou pulls his wallet out of his pants pocket and placed some money on the table and got out of the booth and looked at me and said in a rushed tone. "Grab your purse and come on we have to leave."

I got up from my seat on the booth and followed him outside, leaving me to wonder what this was all about.
