chapter 16 (filler)

"Miss Skye, your guest is going to have to go first" he points at crystal.

Crystal and I share a look. she slowley gets up and grabs  her things from the bedside table. I watch her back as she walks to the door.

Once she was at the door frame, she turns around and mouths 'tell me later' with an apologitical look on her face. I smile sadly at her and nod slightly

'Did you get your period this month?' Ella suddenly asks worriedly

'Why are you asking if I had my period this month?! What is wrong with you! Alec is obviously more important than my stupid period' I angrily say 'oh, you didn't forgive me yet? Why are you talking to me?'

  'Just tell me OK! This might not seem important to you now, but it is, just trust me! And about the not talking thing, I forgive you. Just answer my question, did you or did you not get your period this month?' Ella says

'No, okay! Are you happy now? I didn't get my period' I say, slightly embarrassed.

'Ohgodohgodohgodohgodohgod' ella rushes out while breathing heavily

'What the heck is wrong with you? People miss periods every once in a while, its fine!' I tell her

'Nononono you don't get this! Its coming soon! Very soon!'

What's coming soon? What's going on?

"Miss Skye.. Are you listening?" The doctor says

"No, sorry can you repeat what you just said?" I ask sweetly. I could hear him mumble 'teenagers these days' barely audible, but I caught it.

He inhales deeply than says "I said, we saved the boy-" he starts but I don't let him continue, I'm too happy!

"You saved him! Thank you so much doctor! Thank you so much! How can I ever repay you" I say back, happy as ever

"-for now. he may not survive in a couple of days due to blood loss and other reasons. We will try our best though" he continues.

Oh. I spoke too soon.

"Nonono, you're doctors! You're supposed to save people! If he dies I'll become a murderer, don't you understand that! If he dies, I'll be depressed and lonely a-and.. And-" I didn't get to continue because of the Sob that managed to escape my mouth cut me off.

He can't leave can he? The doctor is just joking right? He can't leave me here right?

'I'm so sorry mere. Don't loose hope, they might save him. I know how it feels like to loose someone so important to you' Ella whispers

'What do you know about loosing close friends and family? after all, you're just my conscience.' I whisper back while wiping a lone, stray tear

I wipe a few more tears away. It seems like all I'm doing these days are cry, cry and some crying.

"You're joking right? He can't d-die, he can't leave m-me alone. This is a j-joke right?... Right?" I whisper, looking down. I play with my hands as I wait for an answer from him but nothing comes

I look up at him and he sighs sadly and shakes his head

He wasn't joking. Alec alescio was going to leave me. perminantly.

I know this chapter is a little shorter than my usual chapters but, this is a filler so that's probably why.
