Chapter 3- Tim pov

______________

"Bye, we got to go Tim, you'll be okay?" my father asked through the hallway so I could hear over my blasting music playing from my room.

"Yeah," I started, lowering the volume on my music, "I'll be fine." I agreed.

"Okay, bye!" Rose called after my small chat before they left. "Bye!" I called back at he and I could hear the door open, the slam shut.

"Another day of house shopping..." I whispered to keep to myself before I blasted music again.

Music... just another thing that makes me happy when I'm sad, especially electronic or house, just anything near those genres.

Of course someone had to ruin the moment by ringing the doorbell.

I jumped off my bed and ran through the hallway to the door, while whoever was at the door kept ringing. "I'm coming, I'm coming!" I called for them to stop. They did as told and I looked through the tiny hole near the top of the door, only to see Aj looking impatient for me to open the door.

My mind was racing as I opened the door and she was a few inches taller than yesterday. "Shit, you're tall!" My laughter filled the air.

"I know! But it's my shoes." Aj laughed along with me and I nervously rubbed the back of my neck.

"You can come in, you know." I moved back away from the door and she nodded. "Thanks"

As soon as the song blasting across the house ended, Aj's favorite song played, and she recognized it quickly.

"Oh my gosh! Tim that's my song!" she threw off she shoes next to the door, grabbed my hands and dragged me all the way to my room while Clarity by Zedd burst through my laptop. "I'm aware!" I laughed as she danced carelessly.

One thing I love about Aj is des not afraid to be herself around people like me that are close to her heart. An example is now, she's pumping her fists in the air, screaming the lyrics, and lumping around. But she still was amazing.

I laughed and she grabbed my hands to make me dance along, and I did so.

"If our love's insanity, why are you my clarity?" Aj screamed as I spun her around, us still dancing like idiots but enjoying every second.

I accidentally even fell to the ground, but we both kept laughing.

Aj jumped into my arms and I spun her around while she sung the chorus once more.

That time we both fell to the ground with a loud thump, it wasn't a hard hit, but it was a loud hit.

Aj looked at me at first, but soon a smile creeped on her face and she started laughing, making me laugh.

I laid back on my bedroom floor and Aj followed after.

"Tim," she started, looking into my eyes which her serious tone made me nervous. "Yeah?" I asked. "Why are you my clarity?"

I was stunned and didn't know what to respond.

"I-I don't know" I stuttered.

My nerves were racing and I had no idea what she meant. Did she... like me?

Aj blushed. I grabbed her hand and she curled her fingers around mine. "Would you, Aj, go out with me sometime?" I asked.

It had to be the right time for me to ask. It has to be. But for some reason I was nervous, and couldn't help it.

"Of course, I will." I swear her blush grew ten times larger when my nerves stopped racing and I had all this confidence all of a sudden.

"Really, you will?" I was shocked. I never knew anyone actually liked me. "Tim, I have loved you for so long, and I'm surprised I kept it in." Aj confessed straight to my face and I knew she was about to cry I joy.

I leaned in and she knew what I was doing. "Why are you my clarity?" she whispered as the last line of the song shot out before our lips were touching gracefully.

Her lips were soft and the scent of cherry smashed into mine. It wasn't a large kiss, more of a shorter, yet sweet, kiss.

"Wow"
