So this is a story I started a few years ago and stumbled upon. This was all I had written, and I wanted to get some opinion on it.
Also, I have no clue what to call it, hence the name title.

When I woke up, everything seemed to be in order. I went to my bathroom to do up my hair the way I did everyday. It takes a while to master the art of making hair look sexy, wild and dirty at the same time, and, fortunately, I have.
When I got downstairs, there was breakfast waiting for me on the table. This wasn't normal.
"What's all this?" I asked my mom as I dug in.
"Can't I do something nice for my son without there having to be a catch?" She answered, but her look wasn't so assuring.
"No." I answered after a few bites.
"Well, today I am." She said, raising her chin in defense "I trying a brand new lifestyle."
Oh no. Not again. "What is it this time?"
"Nothing..." she sad, her face looked guilty.
I gave her a look.
"Okay, okay. Maybe there's someone...else..."
"Stop right there!" I interrupted "I've heard enough."
She laughed "You better get going or you'll be late for school."
"Okay." I said, as I rose, stuffing two more bites in my mouth "See you later mom." I mumbled. I kissed her check and was off.
As much as I hated school, I can't say I don't enjoy coming. My friends, always happy to see the captin of there unbeatable football team, greeted me like any other day. Following my car as I drove into the parking lot. They refrained from touching it, probably for there own safety.
"Yo J!" Matt called "Whats happening?"
Matt was one of those friends that were always really excited to see me. I don't even really recall how we became friends. The only thing I remember is returning a 'hey' to him once a few years ago. After that, he has been one of my best friends.
"Nothing out of the ordinary," I managed to say as I climbed out of my car. I didn't want to incluled my moms new 'Lifestyle' with them. I refrained from saying anything that happened to me outside of school to anyone. Mostly because there wasn't a lot of good things to tell. My mom and dad were always in a fight, usually from the divorce settlement. I didn't feel the need for them to know. I felt the atmosphere get a little dull so I decided to add something that would hopefully brighten up the mood. "Just totally psyched for the game this Friday!"
We all burst into a loud cheer.
After a few more greetings, me and a smaller group of friends made our way to the school. I got to my locker and started to take out my books when I noticed some staring from a group of girls across the hall. I turned to look. When I did, they giggled and ran off. I smiled. I had the reputation of most high school jocks you see in movies. Although I normally found it annoying, today I was a good mood.
Maybe it was because of the breakfast.
Beside me, my friend Ryan heard the giggles and turned to see what was going on.
He gave me a smile "I don't think there is one girl in this school who isn't totally in love with you. Except maybe the girls that hate you for dumping them. In the whole school, I think its about even."
