komaeda exclaimed
as hajime sat down with
his black coffee,
"its been a while."

"oh, uh,
yeah. it has,
hasn't it?"

"hm, maybe about
three years?"

"oh, heh,
yeah." hajime
awkwardly took
a sip of coffee,
"say, why did
you leave hopes
peak middle
school?"

"oh. never mind
that..."
komaeda's eyes
clouded for
a moment, but
the albino simply
shook his head and
the gloominess went
away, "enough
about me! how are
you?"

"i'm... i'm fine. work
is becoming stressful,
drama is stirring up."

"where," komaeda
took a sip of his drink,
"where do you work?"

"oh, thats not
important," hajime chuckled
awkwardly and took
a sip.

komaeda looked
suspicious. "hm,
well, ok."

"do you
work anywhere?"

"i babysit."

"woah,
thats cool."

"not really,
nothing about
me is cool."

"...uhh,
ok..."

the two talked for a good half hour, until nagito got a call from a number. the caller id read 'despair'.

"i have to
go. it was nice
seeing you."

"nice...
nice seeing
you too, komaeda."

and with that, the albino briskly sat up and walked away.
