I think divergent opinions are what make this world go 'round. Now I'm not saying arguing makes our world spin. I'm saying that if all of us were the same, then the world would be a monotonous place. I guess that's what the saying means, without contrasting opinions, our world would be an uneventful setting with an unimaginative, and dull plot.
