Tony Perry was born on February 25 1986! Tony Perry, born Cesar Antonio Perry Soto, joined the American post-hardcore band Pierce the Veil in 2007 as a guitarist. After the 2010 release of their second studio album, Selfish Machines, they released 2012's Collide with the Sky.
