I would be freaking out, but I'm not the type. I think it's embarrassing to fan girl in front of another person. As in EMBARRASSING AM I RIGHT Also, I have also met him before, once or twice. I press accept and wait for the screen to load.
"Hello? "I say, as Shawn's face pops up on my screen.
"Hello," he replies, his voice soft and quiet.
"I love your music." I smile.
"Haha, really? Do this is more like meeting a celeb than befriending a person?" he chuckles.
I shake my head no.
"Well you should know that it's not like meeting a fan for me."
"What do you mean?" I ask, genuinely confused.
"Excuse me, but I'm not Justin Beiber," he jokes.
I smile and hold back a laugh.
"No, what I mean is that I have never face timed a fan before."
I smile and nod. "I have never face timed a celebrity before."
He smiles.
"You know, I wasn't originally going to bring this up, but now I will. You look familiar. Why is that?"
I smile.
"I may have already met you... Three times..." I blush.
He laughs. "Three times! Haha, there we go. How old are you Hailey?"
"Nineteen." I smile.
"And where do you live?"
I pull a face, accidentally, but it's worrying that he wants to know everything about me. Then I think. He's my idol. It's fine. He won't murder me in my sleep.
"What is this, twenty questions? " I joke. "In Canada, Ottawa,"
He smiles.
"I have got to go. Speak soon, Hailey."
"Speak soon Shawn."
As I hang up I get a message alert from Shawn.
'Friends?' I reply with a yes and close my eyes.
