2 months after their break up, Y/N and Stiles barely talked. Stiles ended up with Malia. Scott was really present for Y/N (if you read "Stiles, look up.", you know the relationship between Scott and Y/N. For those who didn't read it, Y/N is Scott's favorite beta). She told him everything that happened. Malia was obviously proud of herself for winning Stiles. Anyway, it was awkward for everybody to have Stiles and Y/N separated.
Today, Scott organized a pack meeting at his, at 19:00. Y/N and the others were already there. They were waiting for . Y/N was sitting by the window, looking outside. A few minutes later, she saw the familiar blue Jeep stopping in front of the house. Stiles and Malia got out of the car and walked to the door. Scott saw Y/N's face and he went to see her.
"Come on." He said, patting her on the shoulder.
She nodded and followed Scott to the kitchen.

15 minutes into the meeting and Stiles and Y/N kept making awkward eye contacts while Scott was talking. Malia once noticed and stared at Y/N. Her eyes started glowing.

Scott then brought up the Dread Doctors topic.
"Alright, so the Dread Doctors are making tests on people. Most people are 'failures'. They're looking for the one who's gonna be a success." He tells the pack.
"So basically, they pick the best one." Malia says, trying to make a reference to what happened with Stiles, giving a bitchy look at Y/N.
Scott saw the look Malia gave to Y/N and he turned to his beta. He saw her fangs coming out. He put his hand on hers so she could calm down. She took silent deep breaths, but he saw that she still wouldn't calm down.
"That's right, Malia." Scott tells Malia.
"We could say it's like in love. The boy will pick the one that's not a failure." Malia answers.
Y/N wasn't going to let Malia win this.
"That's right. Because he doesn't like second choices." Y/N finally says.
In a second, Malia's eyes turned blue, fangs were coming out of her mouth, her ears got pointy and her nose got larger. She let out a big roar before jumping on Y/N.
