"Yes! That's right!" I concluded,"Just a sick, horrible dream and when I wake up everything will be back to normal." Shutting my eyes tightly, I pinched my arms, trying to wake up. I opened them and looked at my surroundings, nothing changed. I pinched my arm repeatedly, refusing to acknowledge the fact that this maybe real.

No, it's not real, no.

I let my arm fall to my sides and took steps backwards. I stumbled and tripped on my own feet as I landed on the floor.

"Oh, please no," I whispered as I hugged my knees to my chest. Sobs erupted through my body as I shook violently.

"Mom," I whispered as I stared at her lifeless body on the floor beside my dad's. I could barely recognize both of their unconscious bodies. It doesn't look like them anymore. It changed.

What could possibly be on that truck that changed them?
