Mason's POV

"Well, I think this calls for a pizza."" Zay suggested walking to the car, "Because it has been a pretty intense evening if I do say so myself."

"Oh hush, last time I checked Mason did all the work." Farkle laughed, kissing the cheek of his pouting boyfriend.

"Pizza sounds grand." I added, "Riles?" She looked up at me and smiled. Pizza it was.

The ride to the Jamie's Pizza Palace was very interesting. Apparently Isadora thinks she is the AUX cord master, but everyone disapproved.

"HEY, I WAS DOING JUST FINE BEFORE I MET YOU.." Smackle yelled out the back seat of the car.

"No!" Zay shouted.

"This song is so overplayed!" Farkle added.

" I DRINK TOO MUCH AND THAT'S AN ISSUE, BUT I'M OK..."

I hit the magic button and turned off all music.

"Mason!!" Isadora smacked the back of my head.

"Ouch," I laughed, "I'm the driver, I pick the music. You're backseat. If anything Riley is the passenger and she gets to pick over you."

"Don't drag me into this." Riley laughed, throwing her hands up. I rolled my eyes and laughed with her. Isadora continued to sing off-key to the song, without music, the entire 20 minute drive.

Riley's POV

"Pizza, pizza, pizza" I heard the entire group but Mason and I sing.

"I do not take responsibility for them." Mason laughed, flashing a smile.

"It's great to have us all together again...especially without l-lu-cas." I choked out. Mason wrapped his right arm over my shoulder and pulled me close.

"He will never hurt you again." he looked into my eyes.

I really regret not staying with Maya in high school. Yes, I said Maya. Freshman and sophomore year, she still was Maya. She went from being my best friend who knew me more than myself, to a stranger. I am trying so hard to catch up with Mason on everything. We have so many untold stories and unsaid moments that we've been through in the last few years.

The sound of Farkle yelling for the check broke my thoughts. These two hours eating and laughing went by in an instant. Because I was having fun, because I enjoyed this. Yet, one hour with Lucas felt like an eternity.

"Hey.." Mason said as I was standing in front of my dorm complex.

"Hi," I faintly said.

"I really had a good time hanging with everyone especially you. Always contact me whenever you need anything, I am always here." he reassured.

"And I thank you so much for that. Let's do this again, soon." I hugged him and watched as he began to walk back to his car. "Oh and Mason.."

"Yeah Riley?" he turned around.

I smashed my lips onto his, creating no possible space in between us. It's like time froze. This, this entire kiss, the feeling I have while being with him, this is where my heart is at. It feels perfect.

"RASON!"

"MILEY"

"RILASON"

Various ship names were being shouted at us from the friends in the car, signaling for us to break the kiss.

"Thank you for all you do." Mason and I both said to each other, not moving far apart.

God am I thankful for him. But it's like old memories came back as soon as he left. I'm a mess and Lucas makes me so mad. I didn't want our relationship to be that. Everything was perfect in high school, then after all his friends started losing their virginity, he felt like it was his obligation. I'm supposed to be the innocent one, because I am. But he forced me not to be.

Lucas Friar took my innocence.
