Hagrid took me out of father's office and the stairs moved us down. The stairs were moving all by themselves. Hagrid gave me a tour of the castle and while walking around I met some intresting "people." They were ghosts. I met one named Peeves and he liked to mess with me. It gets annoying after awhile. My favorite ghost the I met though was Sir Nickolas. Hagrid said people also call him Nearly Headless Nick, because his head is nearly off. He rathers Sir Nickolas though. He is the ghost of the house Gryffindor. Hagrid had told me about the houses. There are 4 different houses, Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw. Gryffindor is my favorite, from how Hagrid explains it. Hagrid told me that Father wanted me to meet all of the Proffesors. The first Proffessor I met was Proffessor Mcgonagall. She is head of Gryffindor house and is in my opinion very nice, but can be strict. Hagrid told her that Dumbledor adoupted me and she found it nice. The next Proffessor we went to meet was Proffesor Sprout. She is a plump proffessor with a bubbly personality and I will probably help her a lot while I'm here. We then went to Proffesor Bins office and met him. He teaches History of magic and is another ghost. Hagrid said that when he was alive he was sitting by the fireplace asleep and when he woke up he got up to teach and left his body behind. After we had a chat with Proffesor Binns we went to Proffesor Flitwicks class room. He is a human with goblin ansestory and is actually pretty nice. He teaches charms.
