"Man. I love cities at night." Grayson said and sighed.

"Me too." I said and smiled.

We were currently walking in a blob, on our way to meet Jack.

We were gonna meet him at the venue, but Ethan, Abby, Grayson and I had done some adventuring ourselves.

There were only a few stores open late at night. I ended up getting a baseball hat, Grayson got a beanie, and Ethan getting a muscle tank.

We approached the venue, still having to cross a road.

A huge two story bus caught my eye, and apparently Grayson's too. I watched as his eyes widened and his face lit up.

"Hey Eth, remember when you had a little accident on the two story bus in New York?" Grayson squeezed out and bursted into fits of laughter.

"What little accident?" I stopped dead in my tracks and smirked.

"No Grayson." Ethan said and rubbed his forehead with his hand.

"Yes Grayson, do tell." I said and placed my hand on his shoulder, he was doubled over from laughing so hard.

"Okay so basically what happened... is-"

"Gray, I have stories about you, ya know?" Ethan warned. Grayson shrugged his shoulders and continued telling the story.

"Eth and I were touring a few months ago, and we were in New York. And I had always wanted to see the city, so Eth and I went exploring. One of the things I wanted to to was ride one of those busses. Ethan agreed. I guess the driver didn't like Ethan's attitude that day so, when he started driving, I was safe in my seat, and Ethan was still half way up the stairs. Ethan FELL. Somehow managed to trip DOWN the stairs, and land on his ass on the first floor. I got up to watch the whole thing." Grayson managed to say in between fits of laughter.

"Gray, now my reputation is ruined." Ethan complained and crossed his arms.

"May I ask, what reputation?" I questioned him.

"Oh you know, cool guy." Ethan said and fake smirked, earning a laugh from the group.

"Here we are." Abby said and skipped near the entrance of the venue.

"Someone's preppy." Grayson said and chuckled. (btw I dunno the difference between preppy and peppy so bare with me pls and thanku)

"Only she wants to be." I said to myself and smiled.

"Where were you guys, its been like 20 minutes since when you said you would be here." Jack said jogging over to us.

"Damn Dail, don't get your panties in a twist." Ethan said, which made us all chuckle, not wanting Jack to hear.

"Okay then, let's start home." Jack led us to the car.

"So where are you two going tonight?" Jack asked the twins, who were still alongside us.

"Oh shit. Uh. Our ride cancelled on us last minute, and we forgot to tell you." Grayson said and awkwardly held his arm with his hand.

"Can we crash at your place?" Ethan asked.

"I guess." Jack shrugged and started the ignition.

"Thanks." Ethan said and they both slid into the car seats.

Grayson was in the front seat with Jack, since there was no more room in the back. I was in the middle, since I was the smallest, Abby was on my right, and Ethan was on my left.

"At least I get the aux cord." Grayson shrugged and untangled it.

The rest of the car ride home consisted of us listening to Gray's music, and him taking selfies with Jack in the background.

Once we finally reached home I yawned and laid my head back for a second.

"Tired already?" Ethan asked me. My eyes opened, and I saw everyone else had gone inside.

"Nope." I said and closed them again.

"Come onnnnn. Wake up!" Ethan said poking me.

"Never."

"I see how it is." He grabbed me and carried me over his shoulder. "Wake up or your coming in the pool with me."

"Whatever Ethan." I chuckled.

"Okay, just remember, this is your fault." He jogged around my house and opened the gate to my backyard.

"Ethan." My heard started pounding out of my chest.

All I saw was Ethan's feet running, first on the grass, then on the pavement. I closed my eyes and held my breath.

I heard a crash of water which was soon muffled since I was under.

Ethan let go of me and I swam up to the shallow end. Where'd my boots go?

"Ethan, what'd you to with my boots?"

"You managed to kick them off while I was running."

"Oh, don't remember that." I remarked.

"So, that was fun." Ethan said and took of his shirt.

"Not as fun as this!" I said and splashed him in the face.

He just stood there dumbfounded for a second.

"Ohh your so gonna regret that." He said and tackled me underwater. I came up for a breather but didn't have long. He scared me from behind and started tickling me.

"E-E-than. I-I told you t-to stop!" I said and gripped his arms.

"Never." He said and continued.

I break away from his grasp and dart up the pool stairs. I run onto the deck and into the kitchen, Ethan following.

"Hey, where have you two been." Grayson asked us. We looked down at ourselves, dripping.

"Where do you think?" I said and put a hand on my hip.

"Umm, Texas?"

"Yes Grayson, we flew to Texas and back in 20 minutes."

"Interesting." Grayson said.

"So, since Harper and I are already soaked, you guys wanna go for a night swim?" I nodded and everyone else cheered. "Okay, let's go change."

I ended up with a black triangle top, and my turquoise bottoms.

I ran downstairs and beat everyone to the pool. I grabbed everyone a towel and continued outside.

I set up on towel on each lawn chair and sat on mine, enjoying the sound of the crickets, and the frogs, from the lake we made for my dog to swim in.

Of course, with my luck, Ethan came trudging out first. My heart fluttered, and I looked away.

Ethan jogged over to the diving board and did a back flip. He came up to the surface and shivered.

"Ah, so it's cold." I got up to check the temp.

"Nope, come on in." Ethan said. I stood up and crossed my arms.

"Not yet." I said and laughed. I turned around to see Grayson with both hands on my shoulders.

"Gray-" I yelled before I was under water.
