Although this is a start, surnames are a lot more important and heavy than first names, and they can tell a lot more about the character than just what name their parents thought would suit them: I'd recommend Googling surnames from whatever country your character is from (not where they live; where they're from) and picking one from there, or at least taking consideration in what the surnames below mean and where they're from.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I also know some vaguely creepy ways to find surnames! You can look at street names and cities. You can jot down the surnames of the people that you meet. You can even take walks through cemeteries and take note of all the cool names that you see. But you might get possessed by a demon if you do that, so I wouldn't recommend it.
