Implied underage incest. Well, ages around 17-18-19-ish at the end, but romance is only vaguely hinted at in the earlier ages.
Slight gore. It's pretty vague so don't worry about anything being too graphic.
Angsty medical stuff. Kind of like 'Days Of Our Lives' or something.
Possible descriptive sexual themes. What did you expect? That I would write a 10,000+ word fic and not lead up to a smut scene?

This actually started out as a one shot for my one shots/short story book thing called "fullmetal bullshit," and if you've read any of my 'short' stories... I tend to get pretty darn carried away... and then this happened. SOOoo, yeah. I hope you enjoy this chem AU thing, it's been sitting in the back of my mind for a while now and I'm glad I was finally able to put it to use in a full fledged fic as opposed to a one shot.
Ooookeyyy, I'll let'cha read the damn book now.
