Need ideas? Think about anything nightmarish you could tie to horror.
It could be anything from mistaking a nightmare to reality, maybe a delusion, or thinking its a nightmare when it's really reality. Maybe predicting the future with a dream, but it's a nightmare instead? You can be pretty creative on this one.
