Earlier this morning my teachers were explaining something about them having assigned me a tutor. I wonder who, but if this tutor will help me actually pass my studies, I'll take what I can get.
After school, Alya and I got our hero uniforms off and put on our normal clothes. We walked to the mall, even superheroes need time off. Even though I haven't actually saved anyone. "Marinette, how about we get some iced tea, this place has really good iced tea!" Alya exclaimed. I shrugged, nodded and followed her. We got in line and got our teas. "I'll just be in the bathroom!" Alya called and left. I sipped my tea and turned around, bumping into a boy. He had blonde hair, green eyes, black shirt with stripes and a white top over it. My tea spilt all over both of us.
"I'm so so sorry miss!" He said. I looked into his eyes, he seemed so dreamy.
"It's, it's a-alright." I stammer.
"I'll buy you a new drink, and shirt!" He said.
"No no it's fine!" I said, awkwardly.
"It's no problem really, what's your name?" He asked.
"Mari-" I get cut off when Alya returns.
"Hey! Girl quick, there's a sale over there I just saw a poster- it ends in twenty minutes we better hurry!" She grabbed my hand.
"Wait!" I say, as she drags me and the beautiful stranger waves. Wait, did I say beautiful?

The next day at school I couldn't stop thinking about this guy, I didn't even catch his name. Suddenly I hear my name get called to the office, probably because I'm about to meet my tutor.
I enter the office and this Chat Noir guy is here. Oh no, oh no no. He can't be my tutor. "Ladybug! This is your new tutor we've assigned, Chat Noir." I freeze at the words the principal said. Of all people, this show off is my tutor? "I'm ... HER tutor?" He gulps. Feelings are mutual.
"Yes, please setup a time tonight to study for the exam tomorrow." The principal said.
Great, I'm gonna have to see this guy after school too. "I'll be at your dorm at four." He says with attitude and walks out. I lower my eyebrows. Of all people, him?

At home I remain in my costume. I get a knock on the door, when I open its Chat Noir. "Hey." He says without any enthusiasm.
"You can come in." I sneer. We both can tell we want nothing to do with each other.
I start untying my yoyo when I catch him gazing at my cat, Tikki.
"So you like cats?" I ask straight faced.
"Love love love them!" He seemed a tiny bit excited.
"That's Tikki." I say, still struggling with my yoyo.
"She's adorable, I have a cat named Plagg, he's not as furry!" He exclaims. He reminds me of a Kawaii anime character that suddenly is really happy.
"Plague? Why would you name your cat after a disease that killed people?" I ask.
Then, he seemed like one of those angry anime characters. "I DIDN'T NAME HIM AFTER A DISEASE YOU DON'T SPELL IT THAT WAY, WHY WOULD I NAME A CAT, A CREATURE GOD BLESSED ONTO THIS PLANET AFTER A DISEASE?!" He must really love cats.
"Sheesh alright." I snarl.
"Now I'm your tutor, do what I say." He took out some books. "Read these books, they have tips on combat strategies."
All of a sudden he's acting all responsible, so we're just gonna pretend he wasn't ranting really loud about cats?
"Those books are huge, that'll take forever, the exam's tomorrow." I say.
"Not my problem miss bug." He rolls his eyes.
"You're my tutor, you teach me to do things, you don't just put books down and expect me to read them!" I say, angered.
"Fine, pretend I'm a villain." He walks over and grabs a book off the shelf. "I'm stealing this, now what would you do?"
"Well, attack and maybe grab it from you, get you arrested for thievery." I answer.
"You don't tell a robber how your going to stop them, you just do it." He says.
I roll my eyes and try to grab the book from him. He pushes me and knocks me to the floor. "Hey!!" I say.
"What? A real robber wouldn't just hand you the book. I bet a real robber would even have a gun, you'd be dead by now, be grateful I didn't even break anything." He said, holding a hand out. I reject his hand and get up myself.
"What would you do then?" I say, curious.
"Sneak up on them, a trick is to also take them down. Knees only bend one way, so if you kick them the opposite they ought to fall over." He says.
I try to kick his knees and he grabs me by the leg, twists and I fall to the ground again.
"But also be prepared for scenarios like that. When I grabbed your leg, you could've used your yoyo to knock me out. Your arms were completely free." He said, all stern and unimpressed.
I moan and get up again.
"Try working on your agility, I find that just playing games and such that test how fast your mind is helps." He says. At least he's going through some effort to help me, but at the same time I have a huge bruise on my hip thanks to him. We practice more combat scenarios, and every time I still can't take the book from him. After a while he leaves. I'm still not prepared for the exam, but I'm used to failure anyway.
